This is the 50 th year to find that low-level laser treatment can regulate the biological activity of cells and tissue.we called that Photobiomodulation(PBM),also known as low-level(or low-energy)laser(or light)treatment(LLLT).the biological regulation of low-energy phototherapy is very extensive and has a non-invasive advantage,so it is widely used in clinical research,including pain relief,wound healing,nerve injury repair and regeneration,increased tissue blood flow,Improve anxiety and depression,treatment of Parkinson,retinal diseases.However,in many research process,PBM still has a great controversy.There are two main problems: Firstly,PBM mechanism is not fully understood by us;Secondly,in many different treatments,the specific optical parameters are not unified,such as wavelength,energy density,power density,pulse,timing of treatment,and so on.In this paper,the low-level near-infrared light(810nm semiconductor laser)in the treatment of retinal diseases as the main object of our study,on the basis of understanding the parameters of low-level laser,we will use different energy near infrared light to irradiate the retina of Chinchilla rabbits,test the energy through eyeballs,and then analyze the data,and observe the changes in the morphology of the retinal cells,in order to achieve a safety of parameter for the retinal diseases treatment;design a near infrared LED eye treatment instrument model for animal;provide theoretical data for the low-level laser parameters to the clinical treatment for retinal diseases.The main contents are as follows:Remove the eyeballs and a small part of the sclera just below the optic nerve,then put it in a transparent container,Using 810 nm semiconductor laser vertical incidence,measuring the different energy laser through the cornea to the retina,so the attenuation rate of the 810 nm laser in the eyeballs can be obtained.The eyes of Chinchilla rabbits were exposed in different level energy(50mw 100 mw 200mw)by 810 nm semiconductor laser,the paraffin sections of retina tissues were made,then HE staining in order to observe the retinal structure after one week,and find the photocoagulation threshold as so as the safety laser parameters to the retinal.Finally,Design a Near Infrared LED arrays for animal experiments according to the parameters.According to the experimental results,the following conclusions are drawn:1.810 nm laser in the eye attenuation rate was 28~30%.2.Safety parameters of 810 nm laser: 50 mw,3mm spot,long pulse for a time of 10 min irradiation,it was the safety parameters for the Chinchilla rabbits retinal.3.We have designed and manufactured a near-infrared LED array for animals experiments.
