Objective:The infant period is a critical period of early childhood development and social and emotional development.As the main living environment of children in this period,home environment plays an important role in the early development of children's neuropsychological development and social and emotional development.As an important part of home environment,the role of home nurture environment plays an increasingly important role in the home environment.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of early home nurture environment on children's developmental quotients(DQ)and social emotional development,so as to provide basis for children's early development promotion.Methods:188 full-term healthy children were randomly selected from who were accepted health management in Shandong Province Maternal and Child Health Hospital from 2013 to 2015.At the basis of parents in the informed consent,the research staff of Collaborative group provided research objective,questionnaire filled out the requirements and matters needing attention for them,and made them who were familiar to the children to fill in the self-made "family basic situation questionnaire'" and the "Child Home Nurture Environment Questionnaire of 0-1 years old children,at 3 months,to complete the "Child Home Nurture Environment Questionnaire of 1-3 years old children" at 12 months,and then to complete the"12-36 month Infant-toddler Social and Emotional Assessment Scale" at 24 months,at the same time the "Children's Diagnostic Development Scale" were carried out by professionals for children.All the questionnaires were certificated on-site and were taken back;.The relationship between home nurture environments and development level and social emotional development were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistics software.Results:There are significant positive correlations between perception/cognition,interpersonal interaction/feeding factors,total score of home nurture environment at 3 months,also language/cognition at 12 months and DQ as well as most function domains except gross motor at 2 years.The social adaptation/self-care factor of home nurture environment at 12 months is significant positive correlation with language/cognition at 2 years.There are negative correlations between the total score of home nurture environment at 3 months and the externalizing and deregulation domains at 2 years.The emotional warmth factor of home nurture environment at 3 months is negative correlation with the internalizing and deregulation domains at 2 years;the perceptual/cognitive factor of home nurture environment at 3 months is positive correlation with the social competence domain at 2 years;there is negative correlation between the interpersonal interaction/feeding factor of home nurture environment at 3 months and the externalizing domain at 2 years;there are positive correlations between the neglect/limitation factor of home nurture environment at 3 months and the externalizing,internalizing and deregulation domains at 2 years.The social adaptation/self-care factor and total score of home nurture environment at 12 months are significant negative correlations with the externalizing,deregulation domains at 2 years.The neglect/punishment factor of home nurture environment at 12 months is positive correlation with the externalizing and deregulation domains at 2 years,and is negative correlation with the social competence domain at 2 years;there is negative correlation between the emotional warmth/atmosphere factor of home nurture environment at 12 months and the deregulation domain at 2 years,and the emotional warmth/atmosphere factor at 12 months is positive correlation with the social competence domain at 2 years.The language/cognitive factor at 12 months is positive correlation with the social competence domain at 2 years.The interpersonal interaction/feeding factor,total score of home nurture environment at 3 months and all of the factors of home nurture environment at 12 months except the neglect/punishment factor are negative correlations with aggressive/resistant dimension of the externalizing domain.The neglect/limitation factor of home nurture environment at 3 months and the neglect/punishment factor of home nurture environment at 12 months are significant positive correlations with aggressive/resistant dimension of the externalizing domain.There is positive correlation between the neglect/punishment factor at 12 months and activity/impulsivity dimension.The emotional warmth factor of home nurture environment at 3 months is negative correlation with the separation anxiety and flinching from new things dimensions of the internalizing domain.There are positive correlations between the neglect/limitation factor at 3 months and the neglect/punishment factor at 12 months and the anxiety and flinching from new things dimensions.Discrete individual correlations are existing between home nurture environment at 3 months and the deregulation domain at 2 years.All of the factors of home nurture environment at 12 months except the neglect/punishment factor are negative correlation with negative emotion and dietary dimensions.The neglect/punishment factor of home nurture environment at 12 months is positive correlation with negative emotion of the deregulation domain.The emotional warmth/atmosphere factor and total score of home nurture environment at 12 months are negative correlations with sleep dimension,the neglect/punishment factor of home nurture environment at 12 months is positive correlation with sleep dimension.The total score of home nurture environment at 3 months is significant positive correlation with the attention,compliance,imitation/game,mastery motivation,empathy dimensions;the perception/cognition factor at 3 months is significant positive correlation with compliance,attention,imitation/game,mastery motivation,empathy dimensions.And all of the factors of home nurture environment at 12 months except the neglect/punishment factor are significant positive correlations with most of all the dimensions of the social competence domain at 2 years.The neglect/punishment factor of home nurture environment at 12 months is negative correlation with most of all the dimensions of the social competence domain at 2 years.The DQ and most developing domains are significant positive correlations with the social competence domain at 2 years.Among them,the language factor of DQ is negative correlation with aggressive/resistant dimension of the externalizing domain.There is negative correlation between gross motor and depression/retreat dimension of the internalizing domain.Adaptability,language,social behavior and total score of the DQ are significant positive correlations with the compliance,imitation/game,empathy dimensions;there are positive correlations between language,adaptability,total score of DQ and pro-social peer relationship dimension of the competence domain.Conclusion:Early home nurture environment has direct effects on children's early development and the social and emotional development.Children's early development and the social and emotional development should be promoted by improving home nurture environment as early as possible.
