Objective:To explore the clinical manifestations, qualitative and local diagnosis of primary hyperparathyroidism and its significance, and the effect of surgical treatment. Methods:The commonly auxiliary examinations of primary hyperparathyroidism include:serum PTH,serum calcium, cervical ultrasound,ECT,bone mineral density examination, urinary ultrasound and so on.In this paper,81 cases of primary hyperparathyroidism in patients with cases, analysis of its clinical manifestations,to organize their respective methods used to check and the positive rate,as well as confirmed by surgery and pathology to reflect the accuracy of the examination, and postoperative PTH reflects the effect for the surgical treatment of primary hyperparathyroidism. Results:The clinical manifestations of PHPT include the symptoms of skeletal system, urinary system, digestive system, neuromuscular system and so on,can also be expressed as asymptomatic, only elevated serum calcium.Commonly used auxiliary examinations, such as serum PTH,serum calcium, cervical ultrasound, radionuclide examination, bone mineral density examination, urinary ultrasound for different types of primary hyperparathyroidism has a high diagnostic significance. The qualitative diagnosis of PHPT is mainly based on the detection of serum PTH and serum calcium, cervical ultrasound and radionuclide examination can be more accurately found parathyroid adenoma and parathyroid hyperplasia, cervical ultrasound is more convenient and affordable, but it can not find a smaller lesion, and it is difficult to identify some parathyroid adenoma and thyroid nodules;radionuclide examination is more intuitive to diagnose parathyroid adenoma and parathyroid hyperplasia, but the complexity of its inspection and the relatively expensive price makes it less applicable and does not apply to screening. For patients with bone type and kidney type as primary symptoms of primary hyperparathyroidism, usually according to their performance using the appropriate examination, such as bone mineral density examination, urinary ultrasound as a preliminary screening method. Conclusions:PHPT can be divided into asymptomatic and symptomatic PHPT.Serum PTH and serum calcium examination are the main qualitative diagnostic methods of primary hyperparathyroidism.Cervical ultrasound and ECT are the main localization diagnostic methods. The combinations of the above examinations is of great value for the diagnosis of primary hyperparathyroidism.Surgical treatment is the primary treatment of primary hyperparathyroidism, and it significantly reduces blood calcium and blood PTH.
