The Distribution Of TCM Syndromes Of Primary Hyperparathyroidism And The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Western Medicine

Objective:1.Research of TCM syndrome types of primary parathyroid function already,the analysis of PHPT syndromes distribution,lay a foundation for further exploring the objectivity of PHPT TCM dialectical.2.Observation of internal and the curative effect of surgical treatment of patients with PHPT each card type,provide the basis for TCM clinical treatment of PHPT.Methods:Methods a retrospective analysis was performed on 65 patients with hyperparathyroidism who were admitted to the affiliated Provincial Hospital of Shandong University from 2004 to 2017.Rank sum test was used to determine the correlation between TCM Syndrome Types and other factors,and t test was used to analyze the validity of PTH and calcium.Results:1.Spleen and stomach weak type certificate number,accounting for 33.8% of the total,kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome and depressed liver and qi obstruction syndrome type number at least,each accounted for 20%,overall number of each card type.2.The number of women with PHPT was greater,the number of women with each syndrome was greater,and the onset of the disease was concentrated in 41 to 60 years.3.TCM syndrome type of PHPT with kidney deficiency(including kidney-Yin deficiency,kidney-Yang deficiency),each course stage patients have significant difference in card type analysis,the course of the disease tended to less than half a year,and more patients with spleen and stomach weak type.For more than one year,the number of patients with depression was the lowest.The duration of the disease is less than half a year,which may be related to the development of the medical level and the timely treatment of patients.4.Total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein(LDL)-c),creatinine(SCr),phosphorus(P),D-dimer(D-D)is compared between groups was statistically significant.5.Under the syndrome of TCM efficacy evaluation,treatment for most patients were markedly improved in patients with spleen and stomach weak card,spleen and liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome type total effective rate is highest,at one hundred percent,the lowest kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,is 84.6%;The total effectiveness of all patients was 95.4%.6.Under the PHPT curative effect evaluation,treatment curative effect for patients with spleen syndrome in patients were markedly improved the most,spleen and liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome type total effective rate is highest,at one hundred percent,the lowest kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,is 92.3%.7.Surgery is an effective treatment for PHPT.Conclusion:PHPT is the most common form of spleen and stomach infirmity,and has more women.Patients with spleen and stomach infirmity syndrome and hepatic depression syndrome were treated with the highest efficiency.Kidney deficiency syndrome(including kidney-Yin deficiency,kidney-Yang deficiency)is more common in elderly patients and is the worst treatment.
