C2,C3 Spinal Ganglion And Ipsilateral Cervical Sympathetic Ganglion Between The Nerve Fiber Contact And Strength

Objective: To investigate the relationship and strength of nerve fibers between C2,C3 spinal ganglion and sympathetic ganglion on ipsilateral cervical.Methods: 120 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly selected and randomly divided into 12 groups.(1)C3 spinal ganglion control group was defined as Y1 group;C2 spinal nerve experimental group was defined as Y2 group;C3 spinal nerve control group for the Y3group;C3 spinal nerve experimental group for the Y4 group;cervical sympathetic ganglion control group defined as Y5 group,The ganglion experimental group was defined as Y6 group.Respectively,given Y2,Y4,Y6 group C2 spinal nerve,C3 spinal nerve,cervical sympathetic ganglia injection of fluorescent gold reagent.Given the C2 spinal nerve,C3 spinal nerve,cervical sympathetic ganglia of Y1,Y3,Y5 group injection of saline.And then continue to keep 4 days later,remove the ipsilateral cervical sympathetic ganglia from Y1,Y2,Y3,Y4 group.(Y5-C2,Y5-C3,Y6-C2,Y6-C3 group)were treated with frozen sections of Y5 and Y6 group,and then observed and counted under fluorescence microscope.(2)Only dissecting the cervical sympathetic ganglion,the ipsilateral C2 ganglion group was defined as M1,and ipsilateral C3 ganglion group defined as M3;Electric stimulated of the neck sympathetic ganglia,the ipsilateral C2 ganglion group was defined as M2,and the ipsilateral C3 ganglion group was defined as M4;Only dissecting C2 ganglia,the same side of the cervical sympathetic ganglion was defined as M5;Electric stimulated of the C2 ganglion,the ipsilateral cervical sympathetic ganglion was defined as M6;Only dissecting C3 ganglia,the ipsilateral cervical sympathetic ganglion was defined as M7;Electric stimulated of the C3 ganglion,the same side of cervical sympathetic ganglion was defined as M8;Respectively frozen sections,and then use the immunohistochemical method to detect the content of ganglion norepinephrine and neuropeptide Y.Results:(1)Y2,Y4 and Y6 were found in Y1,Y3 and Y5 groups.Compared with Y4 group,the number of fluorescent gold-positive cells in Y2 group was higher than that in Y4 group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Compared with Y6-C3 group,the number of fluorescent gold-positive cells in Y6-C2 group was higher than that in Y6-C3 group(p<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).(2)Norepinephrine test: The average optical density of M2 group and M1 group was significantly higher than that of M1group(p<0.05).The average optical density of M4 group and M3 group was significantly higher than that of M3 group(p<0.05).Compared with M5 group,the average optical density of M6 group was significantly higher than that of M group(p<0.05).The average optical density of M8 group and M7 group was lower than that of M8group(p <0.05).M6 group and M8 group,the average optical density of the average,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).(3)Neuropeptide Y detection: The average optical density of M2 group and M1 group was significantly higher than that of M1 group(p<0.05).The average optical density of M4 group and M3 group was significantly higher than that of M3 group(p<0.05).Compared with M5 group,the average optical density of M6 group was significantly higher than that of M5 group(p<0.05).The average optical density of M8 group and M7 group was lower than that of M8 group(p<0.05).M6 group and M8 group,the average optical density of the average,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.There are nerve fibers in C2,C3 spinal ganglion and ipsilateral cervical sympathetic ganglion;2.The intensity of the connection between the C2 spinal ganglion and the ipsilateral superior cervical sympathetic ganglion was greater than that of the C3 spinal nerve and the ipsilateral superior cervical sympathetic nerve.
