| Objective1.To master the status and epidemic factors of AIDS STDs among female drug addicts in Shandong Province;2.To understand the behavioral characteristics and influencing factors of AIDS sexually transmitted diseases among female drug addicts in Shandong Province;3.To understand the psychological status of female drug addicts in Shandong Province and its related factors,and to carry out relevant social support accordingly;To this investigation as an opportunity for the province to develop AIDS for the crowd of AIDS prevention and control strategies to carry out behavioral intervention to provide scientific basis MethodsUsing the method of quantitative and qualitative research,from May 2015 to November,the female compulsory drug rehabilitation centers in Shandong were investigated,and the female drug addicts and related personnel in Shandong were investigated.A cluster sampling method was applied to drug users in Shandong women's compulsory drug rehabilitation center.They were carried out questionnaire investigation and serological test,during May 2015.Health knowledge questionnaire of female drug users which included socio-demographic,AIDS knowledge awareness,behavioral information,drug using,STD treatment was self-designed.5ml blood was also drawn for serological tests of HIV and syphilis.Chi-square test was used to compare syphilis antibody positive rate among drug users who had different characteristics.Multi-factor unconditioned logistic regression model was used to explore related factors about syphilis infection of female drug users.After the two entries are completed,the "consistency test",the timely detection of errors and correction.SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data,mean frequency,chi-square test,single factor and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Qualitative research: 2015 June,carrying the recorder,select a cheerful 30 local household registration in the Sichuan area of Liangshan Yi people with high degree and 5 normal language communication,the drug epidemic,Yi nationality drug,pathological reaction after taking the drug,in-depth interviews after some cases of drug treatment,and about it after the treatment by the instructor,were summarized.Results1.May survey shows that between the ages of 18-55,the average age(27.25 ± 7.06),with 21-30 age group has the highest proportion of 63.9%;marriage to unmarried accounted for 45.8%(205 cases);drug addicts in Shandong local household registration accounted for 76.5%;education in junior high school,accounting for 46.1%;the Han nationality,accounting for 92.2%;occupation situation mainly by individuals accounted for 48.3%(218 cases).2.The group taking the new drug for 77.3%,taking traditional drugs for 4%,while taking new drugs and traditional drugs for 18.7%;first age was 11-55 years old,the average age of the first drug(22.18±6.66);drug use frequency in almost every day use accounted for 48.1%;drug partners hundreds of 1-2 accounted for 69.8% people each;the drug cost in the range 100-1000 yuan,the average cost for(287.3 ± 183.7)yuan each,of which 300 yuan each time the highest proportion of 27.3%.3.In the previous year and fixed sexual partners,100% condom use rate was 8.2%.The most recent condom use was 18.4%.Admitted to the previous year to provide commercial services,the use of 100% condom use was 28.8%.The most recent condom use was 45.1%.In the previous year,there was a temporary sexual behavior,100% condom use rate was 12.6%.The use of condoms in the latest sexual behavior was 25%.4.In 2015,the awareness rate of 451 subjects was 77.4%(349/451).In 2015,a total of 499 people completed the survey,the awareness rate was 97%(484/499).5.In 451 cases,HIV antibody test was positive in 10 cases,the infection rate was 2.2%;detection of syphilis antibody positive in 151 cases,the infection rate was 33.5%;26 cases of hepatitis C antibody positive,the infection rate was 5.8%;the detection of HSV-2 was positive in 325 cases,the infection rate was 72.1%.Multivariate analysis showed that cohabitation,into a year before the occurrence of temporary behavior,herpes simplex positive for syphilis infection risk factors;older than 30,other provinces,not to go to school,as a dangerous drug injection of hepatitis C infection factors.In the previous year;commercial sexual behavior and temporary behavior.Syphilis positive risk factors of herpes simplex virus infection6.Qualitative investigation: Among the 30 drug addicts and five Yi drug addicts,the youngest one is 16 years old and the older one is 50 years old.The degree of education is mainly junior high school,21 cases;Marital status is dominated by cohabitation,11 case;Occupational status is based on no fixed work,24 cases;Drug abuse methods are mostly hot suction,there are 3 cases admitted to have been injected drugs;24 cases of the first cause of drug abuse by the companion.After the use of synthetic drugs,there are more tooth damage,joint pain and other adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.In this study,female addicts are very young,less educated,mostly junior high school and below.Marital status is mostly unmarried and cohabiting,most of the addicts' household registration is Shandong Province.2.Addicts mainly taking synthetic drugs,and there is a problem of mixing,the average age of taking drugs is about 5 years.Drug use frequency is high,about half of the addicts are taking drugs every day.3.The frequency of 100% insist on the use of condom is low,and there is the separation of knowledge and behavior.4.There are a lot of adverse reactions which mainly refer to the teeth damage,mental function,self-control decline.Traditional drug withdrawal is more serious than synthetic drugs.4.Temporary sexual behaviors and commercial behaviors before compulsory detoxification are important reasons for syphilis and genital herpes infection,and the publicity of sexual health and drug abuse among community drug addicts should be strengthened.5.There are a lot of adverse reactions which mainly refer to the teeth damage,mental function,self-control decline.Traditional drug withdrawal is more serious than synthetic drugs. |
