The study includesquestionnaires and serological testing, which focused on the sociological characteristicsof the survey population, behavior of drug use, unsafe sex and AIDS, hepatitis C,syphilis related knowledge. The questionnaires were entered into the database, thenexported data after verification, using SPSS17.0software for statistical description andstatistical analysis. Serological testing for AIDS, hepatitis C, syphilis infection of theinvestigated objects was adopted samples testing, positive samples required furtherconfirmation. Research for the risk factors of AIDS, hepatitis C and syphilis infectionwas used the univariate analysis by2test and t test, when P <0.05there is significantstatistical results found, in addition, we used Logistic regression analysis for the resultssummed up by univariate analysis, and finally obtained the risk factors of AIDS,hepatitis C and syphilis infection.Result: In the HIV infection factor analysis, the factors that have an impact onHIV infection were age (t=3.054, P<0.05), marital status (2=7.012, P <0.05), numberof drug addicts a day (t=2.798, P <0.05) and whether injecting drug use (2=9.32,P<0.05) and is infected with syphilis (2=6.190, P<0.05)5factors which for risk factors, based on multivariate regression analysis, injecting drug users and whether infectedwith syphilis are risk factors for HIV infection. In the factor analysis of HCV infection, HCV infection on the factors that affect age (t=2.789, P<0.05), household (2=4.012,P<0.05), duration of drug use (t=3.448, P<0.05), whether injecting drug use (2=12.322,P<0.05), and whether to use a condom (2=17.190, P<0.05) this five, according to theLogistic regression analysis, duration of drug use is risk factor for hepatitis C infections, and whether to use condoms is protective factor for hepatitis C infections. Positive forsyphilis antibodies to whether the dependent variable, the factors that may affectsyphilis infection univariate analysis, factors affecting syphilis infection were age (t=1.688, P <0.05), culture degree (2=14.163, P<0.05), commercial sex (2=6.850,P<0.05), number of drug addicts a day (t=2.015, P<0.05) and injecting drug use(2=13.32, P<0.05) this five, according to multivariate regression the results, culturedegree and commercial sex are infected with syphilis risk factors. Conclusion: Risk behaviors author for statistical results and experimental testresults are analyzed in detail to understand characteristics and sociological trendsamong drug users in custody in Suzhou City, the main route of transmission anddistribution, according to the relevant factor analysis to explore possible interventions toreduce drug users, thereby reducing HIV infection and other sexually transmitteddiseases. |
