Study On Medication Regularity Of Tourette Syndrome In Shulan Based On Correlation Analysis

Objective: Application of data mining technique in the treatment of Tourette syndrome of Shulan Professor drug laws,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods: In Shulan,Professor of outpatient medical records data sources,collected within the past one year,all the medical records on Tourette syndrome 689,screening out with effective medical records into standard 252,standard TCM terms of systematicism,establish Excel database,using Weka3.6 software,descriptive statistics on the incidence of syndrome type and drug.The Apriori algorithm is used for the main drug association rules analysis.Results: According to the classification of syndrome,Tourette's syndrome can be divided into: hyperactivity of liver Yang Syndrome and yin deficiency and wind wind syndrome and damp heat syndrome of internal disturbance of phlegm heat syndrome,spleen deficiency,hyperactivity of the liver five,Through the analysis of association rules between drugs,The main core drugs for syndrome of hyperactivity of liver Yang wind wind,Schizonepeta,uncaria,Radix Scutellariae,chrysanthemum,angelica,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Gallus gallus,the Vietnamese sophora root and Rhizoma Belamcandae,and Equisetum pipewort strong relevance etc.;Yin main core drugs in wind syndrome Anemarrhena,phellodendron,radix rehmanniae,Cornus officinalis,yam,Poria,Alisma,paeonol,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Gastrodiae,Galli,licorice,and Anemarrhena phellodendron,which dogwood and yam and other strong relevance;The main core drugs in damp heat syndrome of internal disturbance of Coix seed,Atractylodes rhizome,Radix Scutellariae,Radix Paeoniae Alba,papaya,Lycopodii,keel,oysters,Galli,licorice,coix seed and Atractylodes rhizome,papaya and Lycopodii,oyster keel with strong relevance;The main core drugs phlegm heat syndrome in Shi Changpu,Poria,tangerine peel,pinellia tuber,Scutellaria,Coptis chinensis,Fructus aurantii Immaturus,Zhuru licorice,Shichangpu and Fuling,Shichangpu and Zhuru strong relevance;Spleen Deficiency Hyperactivity of liver core drugs prove in coix seed,Poria,Atractylodes,amomum fruit,white bean,yam,uncaria,Radix Codonopsis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Galli,licorice,coix seed and Fuling strong association.Conclusion: Application of data mining technology,has been in Shulan for the treatment of Tourette's syndrome differentiation,classification,selection rules,commonly used drugs on the common treatment,has certain guiding significance to the clinical.
