The Observation Of Jiaweiningxin Decoction Treating Both Qi And Yin Deficiency Type Of Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation

Objective:The study through the clinical randomized controlled trails between Jiaweiningxin Decoction & amiodarone,to observe the clinical test index changes(including symptom,objective sign score,related laboratory inspection items)of Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation patients both Qi and Yin Deficiency.Then to observe the clinical effect and security of Jiaweiningxin Decoction in the two groups patients,to provide a reliable evidence for the clinical efficient treatment,reduce the occurrence rate of PAF,and improve patients' living quality.Methods:70 patients who met the inclusion criteria randomly divided into experimental group(Jiaweiningxin Decoction group)and control group(amiodarone group),35 cases in each group.Between the two groups,it is comparable that the general data,primary diseases,disease process and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores before treatment were no significant statistical difference.After enrollment,the experimental group received the basic medicine treatment and Jiaweiningxin Decoction,while the control group received amiodarone in addition to the basic medicine treatment.Both two groups were offered continuous observation of two treatment cycles,and four weeks for 1 cycle.The data of clinical symptoms,signs,and laboratory inspection items(such as Heart Rate,Pmax,Pd,Albumin,Glutamic-oxalacetic Transaminease,Scr,BUN,Ccr,and electrolyte)were collected from patients in two groups before and after treatment to determine curative effects.Results:Due to severe sinus bradycardia and transaminase elevation,5 patients drop out the experimental observation.Eventually,65 patients were enrolled in medical statistics,which were in the experimental group(n=35)and control group(n=30).From the research results,Jiaweiningxin Decoction group which also has a good security showed certain advantages in relieving the clinical symptoms,restoring to sinus rhythm,maintaining Sinus Rhythm,reducing frequencyand heart rate,and reversing the cardiac remodeling(P<0.05)compared with amiodarone.Total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 94.29%,and which of the control group was 73.33%,there were differences in the two groups(P<0.05).The experimental group was better than the control group in comprehensive efficacy of disease.Conclusion:Compared with amiodarone & basic medicine treatment,the curative effect in the treatment of Jiaweiningxin Decoction that combined with basic medicine on the Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation patients which both Qi and Yin Deficiency was better,and there was no obvious poisonous effect.Jiaweiningxin Decoction combined with basic medicine treatment could effectively reduce the clinical symptoms,restore to sinus rhythm,maintain Sinus Rhythm,control frequency and heart rate,and reverse the cardiac remodeling.It is worth further clinical promotion and research.
