Along with our country gradually stepped into an aging society,there are more and more pressure sores high-risk groups,Patients with pressure ulcers not only to physical and mental cause great harm,will also bring heavy burden to family and society.The conventional method of prevention of pressure ulcers has certain limitation,in order to reduce the patients incidence of pressure ulcers effectively and reduce the burden of nursing staff,it's necessary to study a kind of intelligent nursing bed to prevent pressure ulcers.This study based on the pressure distribution signal of local area,using pattern recognition to identify the body posture in nursing bed.When the duration of a gesture to the expected value,the control system will automatically help the patient to complete the movement of turn over to achieve the effect of prevention of pressure ulcers.First of all,the development of intelligent nursing bed at home and abroad are reviewed in this paper.Then the design of nursing bed distributed sensor array was introduced,including the design of pressure distributed sensor and the use of inertial sensors to detect the attitude of nursing bed.Besides,the method of principal component analysis(PCA)was used to reduce the dimension of pressure distribution data to acquire the recognition characteristics,K-nearest neighbour algorithm classifier was designed to classify recognition characteristics,and then validating the effect of the algorithm and determining the optimum parameters by offline experiments.Finally,the effect of nursing bed system was verified through the real-time experiment,the average real-time recognition rate is 92.82%,and the nursing bed can automatically help the subjects to complete turn over movement after the duration of a certain posture reaching the preset time.
