Analysis Of The Effectiveness Of Different Injection Methods Of Ultrasonic Guidance In The Treatment Of Hepatic Hemangioma

Objective:To assess the effects of two kinds of lauromacrogol injection method in liver hemangioma interventional therapy in clinical curative effect.Methods:42 patients(50 lesions)by ultrasound,CEUS or MRI diagnosis of patients with hepatic hemangioma,were randomly divided into foam group(21 cases,26 lesions),lauromacrogol foam injection sclerotherapy;Original liquid group(21 cases,24 lesions)lauromacrogol original liquid injection sclerotherapy.Through observation before and after treatment of two groups of patients with clinical symptoms,size of tumors(measurement of two groups of cases of preoperative and postoperative maximum length to diameter,the maximum transverse diameter,the maximum lesion area(diameter of the maximum length X diameter of maximum transverse)and adverse reactions to evaluate the effect of two kinds of treatments.Results:All of the 42 patients were successful sclerotherapy.Control group and treatment group patients before and after 3?6 months,the largest length to diameter,the maximum transverse diameter,lesion area differences were no significant statistical difference(P>0.05),Two groups were treated after 3 months and 6 months,the effective rate were 50%,53.84%(foam group)and 54.17%54.17%(liquid group).The foam group after treated have hepatic region discomfort 5 cases,the incidence rate of about 19.2%(5/26);Liquid group had hepatic region discomfort in 3 cases,the incidence rate of about 12.5%(3/24);Foam group after treated has only 1 case get fever,the incidence rate of about 3.8%(1/26);Liquid group of patients with postoperative fever in 2 cases,the incidence rate of about 8.3%(2/24).Foam group of patients with postoperative fever has 1 case,the incidence rate of about 3.8%(1/26);Liquid group of patients with postoperative fever have 2 cases,the incidence rate of about 8.3%(2/24).There were no serious complications such as bile duct injury,abdominal bleeding,liver and kidney function damaged and other serious complications in the two groups of patients during and after the treatment.Conclusion:Ultrasound guided injection of lauromacrogol foam suspension and lauromacrogol injection solution in sclerotherapy of hepatic hemangioma were safe and effective,no serious complication.There was no significant difference in the curative effect of the two injection methods in the treatment of liver hemangioma,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
