The Clinical Observation And Syndrome Type Analysis Of Tinnitus By Auricular-plaster Combined With Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Objective:To observe the effect and syndrome differentiation type of tinnitus treated by auricular point sticking combined with cognitive behavior treatment.Then analyze its role in treating the disease and seek a simple, economical, effective and safety way of tinnitus treatment. To provide more clinical basis for the treatment of tinnitus.Method:35 cases who meet the inclusion criteria with tinnitus in the ENT department of Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine were selected. Auricular-seed-pressing points asshenmen?jiaogan?pizhixia?waie?neier were selected as main points. Local points as pi?wei?gan?dan?Sanjiao?jingzhui were selected according to syndrome differentiation. Patients were asked to press each point 3-5 times per day, each point 50 to 80 times. All patients were treated with cognitive behavior therapy.5 times for 1 courses of treatment, a total of 2 courses. Observe the tinnitus scores and the quality of patients'life separately every two weeks. Then use SPSS 19.0 for statistical processing of the data.Results:After 2 weeks the treatment effective rate was 51.4%, after 4 weeks the effective rate was 80%,P< 0.05, the difference is ststistically significant.2.1n the total sample, the THI score was treated for 1 courses of treatment and after 2 courses of treatments< 0.05, the difference is ststistically significant.3.1n liver fire, phlegm fire stagnation, spleen and stomach, kidney deficiency type four in which no significant differences in the distribution of tinnitus.4. Relative analyses showed there were the linear relationship between curative effect and course-. pattern of syndrome?age and sexes only in control group two weeks after the treatment.5. Tinnitus levels are positive related to the quality of patients' life, and the relationship between they two increased with the therapy course.Conclusion:1.Auricular point sticking combined with cognitive behavioral therapy helps alleviate tinnitus and improve the related quality of life(especiallye motional and social aspects.)-2. The extent of tinnitus and the degree of tolerance and quality of life in patients with each other, especially sleep disorders, upset, anger, depression.3.Propaganda and education on the correct understanding of the patient's tinnitus and tinnitus plays a very important role in the elimination of major diseases, through the propaganda and counseling of the tinnitus, some patients may not need treatment.4. In this project whether gender, age. course of disease, syndrome type and tinnitus can match the relationship with the efficacy of the treatment is not obvious.
