Retrospective Clinical Study Of Factors Affecting Early Threatened Abortion And TCM Syndrome Distribution

Purpose:Observe the factors related to the occurrence and development of clinically early threatened abortions and summarize the distribution patterns of the main TCM syndrome types,and analyze their relationship.Methods:The medical records of 312 hospitalized patients with early threatened abortion were collected and analyzed.Statistical analysis was made on the age of onset,the number of occupations,the number of abortions,the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes,and the correlation between them.Results:1.The main factors affecting threatened abortion are the age of the patient,the number of abortions,emotional factors(pessimistic depression,irritability,worry and anxiety),dietary preference(spicy,cold,fat and greasy),comorbid conditions(thyroid abnormalities,polycystic ovarian syndrome),etc.2.Threatened abortion main TCM syndrome distribution:kidney deficiency syndrome(31.1%),spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome(35.6%),qi and blood deficiency syndrome(15.1%),liver depression and kidney deficiency syndrome(5.7%),blood heat syndrome(9.9%),blood stasis syndrome(2.6%),and the proportion of kidney deficiency and spleen and kidney deficiency was the largest.Some correlation have existed between patient's age,emotional factor,induced abortion,comorbid conditions and TCM syndrome types of patients with abortion.3.There was a correlation between TCM syndrome types of early threatened abortion and age,abortion times,mental ailment,and comorbidity(P<0.05),and there was no significant correlation between occupational distribution and dietary preference(P>0.05).4.The total effective rate of the successful treatment of threatened miscarriage in western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine classification is 83.65%.Among them,the effective rate of ShoutaiWan for treatment of kidney deficiency type was 85.6%,and the effective rate of HutaiYin for treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency type was 86.5%,the effective rate of Taiyuan Yin for treatment of qi and blood deficiency type was 78.7%,the effective rate of BaoyinJian for treatment of blood-heat type was 83.85%,the effective rate of BaoyinJian for treatment of blood stasis type was 50.0%,the effective rate of ZiyinheJi for treatment of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation type was 83.3%.Conclusions:The age of the patient,the number of abortions,emotional factors,dietary preferences,and comorbidities are high risk factors for early abortion;Kidney deficiency and spleen and kidney deficiency are the main causes of early threatened abortion.Some correlation have existed between patient's age,emotional factor,induced abortion,comorbid conditions and TCM syndrome types of patients with abortion;Therapeutic effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on threatened abortion is better,especially in the treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency type with HutaiYin as the representative formula.
