A TCM Literature Study Of Threatened Abortion And A Retrospective Study Of 91 Patients With Threatened Abortion

[Objective]Through retrospective investigation of 91 hospitalized patients with threatened abortion,summarize and analyze the related factors and treatment methods of threatened abortion.This investigation has also look forward a effective measures of prevention.[Methods]The Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Dongzhimen hospital from June 2014 to January 2017 91 cases of threatened abortion records from medical records were retrospectively analyzed.The general data,onset season,clinical symptoms,to menstruation,pregnancy history,from the last time of pregnancy,TCM syndrome type,concomitant disease,abdominal surgery,pregnancy related the outcome of hospitalized tocolysis abortion patients 10 observation indexes were analyzed statistically by.[Results]1.The age of onset of 1.91 patients with threatened abortion mainly concentrated in between 30 to 34 years old,the average age of 32.91 years;2.The number of threatened abortion incidence in autumn is the most,39 people,accounting for 38.24%;3.The clinical manifestations of 91 patients with threatened abortion for backache,lower abdominal pain,abdominal distension,vaginal bleeding,but the majority of patients there are more than 2 kinds of symptoms,39 people,accounting for 42.86%;4.91 patients had 18 previous abnormal menstruation,menstruation which has 13 people,accounting for 14.29%;5.91 cases of threatened abortion patients only 10 people had the delivery history,the remaining 81 people 33 people had a pregnancy.91 cases of 56 patients had a history of adverse pregnancy,which stop child education the largest number of patients,there were 33 people,accounting for 36.36%;6.91 patients from the last pregnancy 13-24 months up to 26 people,accounting for 34.21%;7.TCM syndrome of patients with threatened abortion mainly in kidney deficiency syndrome,there are 59 people,accounting for 64.84%;8.91 cases of threatened abortion patients,2 patients with hypothyroidism,1 patients with asthma,1 patients with superficial gastritis;9.91 cases of threatened abortion patients in 24 had a history of abdominal surgery,accounting for 26.37%;10.91 cases were cured in patients with threatened abortion there are 45 people,accounting for 55.56%,effective in 11 people,10 people accounted for 13.58%,effective 15,invalid,accounted for 12.35%,accounting for 18.52%.[Conclusion]1.The main pathogenic factors of threatened abortion are elderly,tired,productive,and poor emotion will also have an adverse effect on miscarriage treatment,attention should be paid to avoid these factors in the process of tocolytic therapy;2.Kidney deficiency is the main pathogenesis of threatened abortion,for the treatment of threatened abortion with Bushenantai,treatment with Shoutai Pill for the basic prescription;3.By combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of threatened abortion and found the cure and effective rate of ideal,safety and no adverse effects on the offspring,so this method can follow the clinical treatment.
