Clinical Research On Therapy Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Qi And Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndromes By The Oral Of Qingxinlianziyin And Taohongsiwu Decoction Pediluvium

Objective:To investigate the effect of the oral of Qingxinlianziyin and Taohongsiwu Decoction pediluvium on qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndromes of DPN patients,including clinical symptoms, VPT,R-CPT, Bilirubin(TBIL IBIL?DBIL), Serum ferritin(SF), a-L-fucosidase(AFU),and other indexes; research the mechanism of the effect of this method on DPN; provide a theoretical basis of the clinical application.Methods:62 patients with DPN were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.All patients were treated with the basic therapy of diabetes mellitus.The patients in the control group were given Mecobalamine(0.5mg tid) and warm boiled water pediluvium while the patients in the treatment group were given Mecobalamine(0.5mg tid) and the oral of Qingxinlianziyin and Taohongsiwu Decoction pediluvium, the oral of traditional Chinese Medicine(100ml tid), External use traditional Chinese Medicine and warm boiled water pediluvium washing the legs(20 minutes,every day),treatment lasted for 3 months.The symptoms of patients in two groups were observed before and after the treatment,including clinical symptoms, VPT,R-CPT, Bilirubin (TBIL?IBIL?DBIL), Serum ferritin (SF), a-L-fucosidase (AFU),and other indexes, and the comprehensive curative effect was evaluated.All date is analysised statistically through SPSS 20.0 statistical software.Results:(1)The two groups was consisted of sex,age,duration of DM and other basic date.Before the treatment,two groups showed no statistically significant difference,which was comparable. (2)Comparison of VPT?R-CPT:The two groups after treatment of VPT?R-CPT compared with those before treatment were improved, the treatment group (p<0.01),control group (p<0.01 or p<0.05), treatment group improving the degree of VPT? R-CPT are better than that of control group (p<0.05). (3)Comparison of SF?TBIL?IBIL?DBIL:two groups after treatment than before treatment SF were decreased, TBIL?IBIL?DBIL were increased (p?0.01 or p<0.05), compared with the control group,treatment group SF decreased,TBIL?IBIL?DBIL increased significantly (p<0.05), there is statistical significance. (4)Comparison of AFU:two groups after treatment than before treatment AFU were decreased(p<0.01 or p<0.05), compared with the control group, treatment group AFU decreased significantly (p<0.05), there is statistical significance. (5)Comparison of the Toronto score, TCM syndrome integral:The two groups after treatment of the Toronto score,TCM syndrome integral compared with those before treatment were improved (p<0.05), treatment group improving the degree of the Toronto score, TCM syndrome integral are better than that of control group (p<0.05). (6)Comparison of treatment effect comparison:Two groups of treatment effect comparison:comprehensive treatment group total effectiveness 90.0%,significantly better than the control group 63.3%, there was significant difference (p<0.01).Conclusion:the oral of Qingxinlianziyin and Taohongsiwu Decoction pediluvium can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of DPN patients,and improve VPT? R-CPT,decrease SF?AFU and increase TBIL?IBIL. DBIL.This treatment has curative effect for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
