Study On The Prescription Law Theory Of Four Properties And Five Tastes In The Treatise On Febrile Disease

Objective:ShangHan Lun is referred to as the source of prescription of traditional Chinese medicine books,It is the book of the traditional Chinese medicine which have the the first principle, method, square, medicine. Later the doctor who have a subject research treatise on febrile disease is a lot, but nobody do some research on the environment in han dynasty.Methods:The sequence of ShangHan Lun is witten:It quote SuWen,JiuJuan, Eighty-one Adversities, Theory of Yin and Yang, according to the pulse syndrome differentiation. ShangHan Lun and the Fu Xing Jue both come from Decoction and material medica in the book of Fu Xing Jue.So the research of ShangHan Lun Should return to form under the background of it. We shoud do the research on the rules of formula in Huangdi Neijing, Shennong Ben Cao Jing, Fu Xing Jue,Bielu. After these few books for serious study,we find that these few books have "five content theory".These can be used as bonding and tools to study law of treatise on febrile disease formula. First of all,this article summarize the content of the theory through the literature summarizes. The second, we can get the formula law in ShangHan Lun. Finally,we use Clinical case to verify the correctness of this law.Results:Through the research that in Treatise on Febrile Diseases four properties and five flavors we get the using rules:"four rules summed up cold heat, heat cold, to gas gas treatment to take and cold with cold, cold and heat and with therapy. Theory of five flavours for hard divergent method, acrid opening and bitter down in addition to the thermal method, bitter salty in electrowinning and acrid opening and bitter drop and solution, hard Ganwen yang to promote diuresis, bitter sweet in addition to hot, acrid bitter method of intermingled heat and cold, bitter removal in addition to bother method".
