A Study Of Open And Closed Pivot Theory Of Sun Sickness In Treatise On Shanghan Lun

Objective: By combing of Kaiheshu theory in the Huangdi Neijing and what the ancient chinese medicine doctors of all dynasties had stated,and to sort,analysis,summarize,detail the Kaiheshu theory.At the same time,the Kaiheshu theory in the doctrine of Qi transformation is applied to the physiological and pathological patterns observed in the research on the laws of Taiyang diseases in the Shanghan Lun,to open a new avenue of Kaiheshu theory and to better guide clinical.Methods:In this paper,theoretical research method is adopted to sort out the academic origin of the theory of Kaiheshu and analyze the rules of the treatment in Taiyang diseases of Shanghan Lun under the guidance of the Kaiheshu theory.Results:The theory of Kaiheshu runs throughout the whole chapter of Taiyang diseases.The transformation function and the relationship between the inside and outside of Sanyin and Sanyang in the theory explain the trend and transformation of the six meridians.The opening is dominated by outwardly divergent and distributing,the closing is dominated by inwards closed collections,and the pivoting is dominated by internal and external access coordination.The Taiyang is open for Yang,the Taiyin is open for Yin,Yangming is closed for Yang,Jueyin is closed for Yin,Shaoyang is Yangshu,Shaoyin is Yinshu.The Sanyin and Sanyang of the six meridians are closely related physiologically,and interact with each other under the pathology.According to this theory,to analyze and sort out the rules of transformation and medication in the physiological and pathological patterns observed of Taiyang diseases.Conclusion: Through the analysis of the Kaiheshu theory in Taiyang diseases.It is found that there are prescriptions for the separate treatment and the simultaneous treatment of what are not normal in opening,closing and pivoting.It shows that the theory of Kaiheshu is one of the numerous methods and treatments for various symptom in the Shanghan Lun,as well as it interprets the chapter of Taiyang diseases in Shanghan Lun under the guidance of the Kaiheshu theory,expands the clinical path of Shanghan Lun,which has a hightheoretical and clinical practical value..
