Research On The Relationship Between Doctors And Patients In Rural China Based On Trust Mechanism

With the continuous improvement of rural health system reform,the supply of rural medical and health resources has been strengthened,the new rural medical insurance system has been gradually improved,and the awareness of self health management of rural residents has been deepened.However,China’s rural health care reform period of social transformation began a new bottleneck,the contradiction between supply and demand of medical care rising is still inadequate,as it was not a harmonious doctor-patient relationship in rural areas.Therefore,this paper selects two main objects for rural doctors,attempts to sum up after the founding of our country rural doctor-patient relationship evolution,with the trust mechanism as the starting point,analyze the reason of China’s rural tense doctor-patient relationship,targeted for rural medical two main optimization of trust mechanism,so as to establish a stable and harmonious doctor-patient the relationship provides new ideas.First of all,on the basis of doctor-patient relationship between subjects,to fully tap the theory of trust and fairness,logic of trust relationship building medical subject,were constructed from the starting point,process and result of the starting point,and trust the process and result of trust medical subject.Secondly,based on the progress of rural cooperative medical care,the evolution of the doctor-patient relationship in China’s rural areas is analyzed and summarized.It is worth noting that the city is different from the doctor-patient relationship,the doctor-patient relationship involves rural traditional rural production and life style,lagging behind the development of social economy,closed acquaintance social environment and traditional medical treatment idea.Again,make full use of the rural residents and medical personnel interview data,showing a more real tension in the medical process of the main factors.Among them,the trust between doctors and patients is the basis for maintaining a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients,however,there are many obstacles at this stage.Moreover,in view of the actual problem of the doctor-patient relationship,the trust mechanism of the doctor-patient relationship optimization.The starting point of trust is the result of long-term interaction between the main body.The malpractice of the medical system in China has a serious impact on the process of trust between doctors and patients.The results trust is a key indicator to consider the supply and demand of medical services.At the same time,put forward the feasible countermeasure and suggestion.Finally,the stability and harmony of the relationship between doctors and patients in rural areas is related to the development of rural health services.It should be said that the relationship between doctors and patients is good or bad can directly reflect the success of the reform of medical system.Just because of this,in the face of the increasingly tense relationship between doctors and patients in rural areas,we need to explore the trust mechanism to maintain good doctor-patient relationship.
