Objectives: To understand the prevalence and related risk of non communicable chronic disease of Minority of Wuerhe in karamay,and to provide strategy prevention and control of chronic disease in Wuerhe.Methods: By multistage stratified cluster sampling method of residents aged 18 and over were investigated,the health questionnaire,physical examination and biochemical detection were taken.Results: 1)The prevalence of chronic disease of Minority of Wuerhe is 52.67%,the major chronic disease which affect the minorities' healthy of Wuerhe are hypercholesterolemia,hypertension and diabetes.2)difference of prevalence of hypertension of Mongolian and Uygur(26.8%?35.8%)was statistically significant(P<0.05).3)The rate of overweight and obesity are 29.9% and20.5%,The difference of BMI of Mongolian and Uygur was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of central obesity is 67.5%,The prevalence of central obesity of Mongolian and Uygur are 59.1% and 76.2%(P < 0.05).4)The rates of smoking of investigated minority households in Wuerhe is 37.3%,the rates of smoking of Mongolian and Uygur(P>0.05);The rates of passive smoking of investigated minority households in Wuerhe is 39.1%,the rates of passive smoking of Mongolian and Uygur are 38.9% and39.4%(P>0.05);The rates of drinking of investigated minority households in Wuerhe is34.3%,the rates of drinking of Mongolian and Uygur are 36.9% and 31.6%(P>0.05).5)Daily average static behavior time of investigated households in Wuerhe is 4.57 hours,daily average static behavior time of Mongolian and Uygur are 4.89 and 4.24 hours(P<0.05);Daily cumulative sleep time of investigated minority households in Wuerhe is 7.09 hours,cumulative sleep time of Mongolian and Uygur are 7.03 and 7.15 hours(P<0.05);The rate of moderate intensity exercise of investigated households in Wuerhe is 54.5%,the rate of moderate intensity exercise of Mongolian and Uygur are 41.9% and 71.4%(P<0.05).6)The investigated households in Wuerhe salt intake on average 10.2 grams per day,taken oil amount of 39.7 grams.7)Through the single factor regression analysis,found that gender,age,drinking,high salt diet,high oils diet are the risk factors ofhypercholesterolemia of investigated minority households in Wuerhe;Age,gender,education level,marital status,overweight,high salt diet,high oils diet are the risk factors of hypertension of investigated minority households in Wuerhe.Through the multifactor regression analysis showed that high level salt diet and high level oil intake are the risk factors of hypertension of investigated minority households in Wuerhe.Conclusion: To strengthen the demonstration area departments cooperation mechanism for the prevention and control of chronic diseases,build the atmosphere of the nationwide fitness programs.Strengthen the monitoring and management of chronic diseases,according to the characteristics of targeted minority chronic illnesses and high-risk groups,to carry out health education.
