Methods surveillance was carried out in 2004 by muti-steps random sampling, 1260 people aged 18-69 years were randomly selected and be interviewed using qestionare. among which male 554, female 706.Results prevalence of risk factors related NCD kept at a rather high level, 77.5% interviewee has one or more risk factor. the rate of cigarette smoking was 26.5%, drinking 38.1%, overweight 33.4%, obesity 8.3%, inactivity 56.1%, calcium deficiency 48.7%, vitamine B,C deficiency 16.2%, protein deficiency 8.2%, intake high salty and smoked food 68.8%. the distribution of prevalence of risk factors related NCD in different groups was different; the prevalence of smoking was different in different gender, age, education status, occupation, nationality. rate of passive smoking was 38.89%, the rate of quitting smoking was 5.9%. the prevalence of self-reported hypertention, hyperlipid and diabetes was separately 7.7%, 5.9% and 1.8%. the prevalence of hypertention was 24.2% through physical examination. the rate of hypertention awareness, treatment and control was 26.5%,24.4% and 6.3%. 33.3% diabetes cases and 8.8% hyperlipid cases were treated scientificly. The rate of physical examination, testing blood pressure, testing blood glucose, testing blood lipids was repectively 18.3%, 56.5%,13.7%,13.5%. the prevalence of hypertention was different in different age, gender, occupation, education , nationality, marriage status. the prevalence of diabetes increased with age, the prevalence of hyperlipid was different in different age, occupation, nationality, marriage status. The study indicated smoking, drinking, BMI≥24, hyperlipid, vitamine B,C deficiency were risk factors of hypertention. hypertention, hyperlipid were risk factors of diabetes. calcium deficiency, BMI ≥24, hyperlipid, hypertention were risk factors of cardiovascular disease. the prevalence of chronic disease was 27.8%. multivariate logistic regression indicated that hyperlipid, vitamin B and C deffiency, BMI, age, sex, nationality, education status, ocuption were independent factors for chronic disease. Conclusion surveillance population lack awareness of selfcare. intervention measures should be taken to control NCD. The population of hyperlipid, vitamin B and C deffiency, BMI≥24, over-40 years old, male, Korea nationality, illiterate, the jobless, retired was priorty.
