Comparison Of Risk Factors Between Ischemic And Hemorrhagic Stroke

Objective: For ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke risk factors were analyzed,discusses different sort is a major risk factor for stroke disease,provide the basis for the prevention and control of cerebral apoplexy.Methods: Screening 2013-2014 in kunshan NO.1 people's hospital during the period of cerebral apoplexy patients in hospital,delete the repeated during hospitalization and became very ill and did not make relevant inspection and the superior hospital patients and will have complete clinical data of 2272 cases in as the research object,and all cases were confirmed by CT scan or MRI.Use SPSS19.0 statistical analysis,the comparison of the sample mean using t test,measurement data with mean ±standard deviation(X ± s)said,compares the single factor analysis of variance between groups;Classification information of descriptive analysis using frequency analysis,comparison between groups by chi-square test,using hierarchical analysis control age factors;With p < 0.05 for the difference is statistically significant.Results:1.Ischemic cerebral apoplexy and hemorrhagic cerebral apoplexy patients in bad living habits such as smoking,drinking,no difference.2.Age of ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients is significantly higher than hemorrhagic stroke patients(P < 0.01).Ischemic cerebral apoplexy average age was 68.37± 12.43,high-risk ages of 60-79 years;And hemorrhagic stroke,average age was 59.75 ± 12.05 peak age of 40-69 years,before the age of 40 ages,hemorrhagic cerebral apoplexy was6.89%,and showed a trend of getting younger over the disease.3.In ischemic stroke patients with a history of stroke,diabetes,heart disease and usage rate,were significantly higher than that of hemorrhagic stroke patients(P < 0.05).4.Hemorrhagic stroke patient's blood pressure and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c),anion gap index significantly higher than that of ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).5.On the basis of two groups of patients with cerebral apoplexy disease found,thefirst one is high blood pressure,the second is-type 2 diabetes,high blood pressure and diabetes is the most common cause.Of ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients-type 2diabetes,coronary heart disease,history of previous stroke prevalence is significantly higher than hemorrhagic stroke patients(P < 0.05).6.On two groups of cerebral apoplexy patients with a variety of common basic diseases is found,with high rates of two basic diseases of patients,followed by a one and three kinds of basic diseases patients.Conclusion: High blood pressure,diabetes,stroke is the most common cause,have both at the same time basic diseases are high risk factors of brain stroke.Comparative study of two kinds of risk factors for stroke,found that have a stroke,diabetes,heart disease and easily occur in the elderly ischemic stroke,and high blood pressure and young patients are more likely to lead to a hemorrhagic stroke.Stroke prevention and control is the key to control foundation disease such as hypertension,diabetes,especially at the same time with two kinds of disease should be performed as a high-risk population health management.
