| Objective:To discusse the serum homocysteine by laboratory indicators(Hcy) levels of anxiety and depression in patients with hypertension and negative emotion correlation. Methods:Total of 507 pairents who entered in The Red Cross Hospital between April 2015 and December 2015. Access to medical records to collect general information of the research object and records of patients with laboratory test results, such as: homocysteine(Hcy), urinary inhibition C(Cys C), and other indicators. Statistical analysis SPSS 19.0 software, the measurement data to normality test first, Obey the normal distribution USES the t test and variance analysis, the distribution of comparison between different groups;Do not conform to the normal distribution data, USES the rank and the distribution of inspection comparison between different groups. The person correlation analysis, an analysis of the two indicators, compare indexes with linear correlation. Count data using statistical description of composition ratio and rate, the distribution of the 2 inspection comparison between different groups. Single factor analysis and multiple factors Logistic regression analysis using influence of high blood pressure in patients with depression and anxiety factor analysis All statistical tests for bilateral inspection, calibration for alpha = 0.05.Results:Of 507 cases of the object of study, male 223 cases, accounting for 44%, 284 cases of women(56%), the male to female ratio is 0.79:1;Minimum age 35 years old, biggest 85 years old, the average age was(66.19 + /- 11.68).Grade 1 hypertension is 7 cases, accounting for 1.4%, 2 levels of patients with high blood pressure is 67 cases, accounting for 13.2%, 3 patients with high blood pressure is 433 cases, accounting for 85.4%.The 274 cases of patients with anxiety, 54.0%, 147 patients with mild anxiety, accounted for 29.0%, 86 patients with moderately severe anxiety, accounting for 17.0%.The 424 cases of patients with depression, 83.6%, 83 depression patients, accounting for 16.4%.With the augmentation of the anxiety,(Hcy), C(Cys C), uric acid and serum creatinine(Cr) levels rise. The depression of parients lower than the level of the patients with(Hcy), C(Cys C), uric acid and serum creatinine(Cr).Homocysteine and C(Cys C), uric acid, serum creatinine has a positive correlation. C(Cys C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, uric acid, serum creatinine exist positive correlation. Are negatively related with high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, blood sugar and low density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglyceride were positively correlated. Low density lipoprotein cholesterol and high density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglycerides were positively correlated. High-density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglyceride, uric acid, negatively correlated with serum creatinine. Triglycerides is positively correlated with uric acid, uric acid and serum creatinine were positively correlated.Affect hypertension with anxiety, depression, single factor analysis: Marriage, culture degree, insomnia, blood pressure control,High blood pressure classification, depression, homocysteine(Hcy), urinary inhibition C(Cys C), serum creatinine(Cr), uric acid(UA) with different degree of anxiety in hypertension group, statistically significant(P < 0.05). Marriage, culture degree, insomnia, homocysteine(Hcy) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL- C), anxiety, obesity, urinary inhibition C(Cys C), serum creatinine(Cr) and uric acid(UA) in high blood pressure distribution in the presence of comorbid depression group were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Effects of comorbid anxiety、depression Logistic regression analysis: Cultural degree, insomnia, homocysteine, serum creatinine、depression、blood pressure control impact on anxiety there is statistical significance(P < 0.05). Homocysteine. anxiety obesity effects on depression there is statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1. Levers of the homocysteine(Hcy), C(Cys C), uric acid and serum creatinine(Cr) increased in primary hypertension with anxiety and depression.2. Homocysteine, uric acid, serum creatinine and cystatin were positively correlated.3. Homocysteine is a common risk factor of primary hypertension with anxiety and depression. |
