Objective: To investigate The relationship between prognosis and The Expression Of Serum TNF-??IL-10?TGF-? in MODS PatientsMethods: 267 cases of MODS patients in our hospital from April 2013 to April were selected as study subjects. According to the treatment outcome of patients, the patients were divided into 146 groups, 121 patients in the death group and cases in the control group. According to the II APACHE score of patients admitted to hospital, the patients were divided into 0~10 group of 23 cases, 11~20 group of 186 cases, 20 points or more group of 58 cases. In addition, 50 healthy people were selected as healthy control group in the same period. Extraction of MODS patients and control group peripheral blood 5ml in EDTA anticoagulant tube, the separation of serum, using double anti sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA method) to detect the serum levels of TNF-??IL-10 and TGF-?1. The serum levels of TNF-??IL-10 and TGF-?1 were compared with different prognosis and different II APACHE scores, and the expression of TNF-??IL-10 and TGF-?1 in serum of MOD patients and its clinical significance were analyzed.Result:(1)In 267 cases of patients with underlying diseases, coronary heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary heart disease patients at most, accounting for 58.80%, 52.43%, 31.09%.(2)Among 267 patients with MODS, the infection was the most important inducement, accounting for 77.15%, while the most common lung infection was the most common infection.(3)Survival group of patients with II APACHE score was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)MODS patients the serum level of TNF-??TGF-?1 water average was significantly higher than that in healthy control group(P<0.05), and IL-10 level was significantly lower than that of healthy control group(P<0.05); patients with MODS, the death group serum TNF-??TGF-?1 was significantly higher than the survival group(P<0.05), death in patients serum IL-10 level was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(5)With the increase of II APACHE score, serum levels of TNF-??TGF-?1 and were significantly increased in MODS patients, while the IL-10 level was significantly lower, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)Correlation analysis showed that the APACHE II score, TNF-? and TGF-?1 pairwise mutual showed significant positive correlation(P<0.05), but the expression of IL-10 and detailed APACHE II score, TNF-? and TGF-?1 was significant negative correlation(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Serum TNF-??IL-10?TGF-?1 levels in patients with disease severity and prognosis have important connection, and TNF-? and TGF-?1 levels higher, while lower levels of IL-10, patients with more severe disease, the prognosis is poor, prognosis is poorer.(2)APACHE II, TNF-?, IL-10 and TGF-?1 are significantly correlated, in closely examining patients with TNF-?, IL-10, TGF-?1 levels of MODS patients diagnosis and treatment process of, to timely adjust treatment options for patients, improve the patient survival rate.
