The Therapeutic Evaluation Of YishenFuyuan Decoction In The Treatment Of Kidney Essence Deficiency Type Senile Osteoporosis

Objective:Through clinical research of empirical formula Yishenfuyuan decoction designed by Dong Feixia, director of Chinese Medicine in the treatment of senile osteoporosis, to evaluate the clinical curative effect and to lay the theoretical foundation for the clinical application of Chinese medicine compound, enrich therapeutic regimen of steoporosis.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group that met the inclusion criteria. The treatment group used Caltrate D tablets, Rocaltrol capsule and alendronate sodium,The treatment group used Yishenfuyuan decoction on the basis of the control group,2 times a day, each time taking 200ml. There month as one treatment course,after one courses of treatment, two groups of patients were determined the clinical efficacy and observe the drug adverse reactions, After treatment, review the laboratory index and evaluate the effect.Results:The total effective rate in treatment group was 90%, control group total effective rate was 70%, statistically significant difference (P< 0.05). Before treatment, CM syndrome score of both treatment group and control group had no significant difference (P>0.05),but after treatment, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, tinnitus and deafness, sexual desire less pale, hair removal and loose tooth, bipedal flaccid, pale tongue and weak pulse of treatment group in TCM syndrome improvement was better than that in the control group, there is a significant difference in Statistics (P< 0.05).the serum levels of P and ALP had no significant change before and after treatment(P>0.05), The concentration of the two groups before and after treatment, serum Ca changes significantly, with significant difference(P< 0.05) and the treatment group can improve Ca level more than the control group (P=0.372< 0.05).The concentration of serum PINP and beta -CTx changed obviously before and after treatment(P< 0.05), but the treatment group can improve PINP concentration and reduce the concentration of beta -CTx compared with the control group. For the comparison of bone density detection in femoral neck (Neck), femoral trochanter (Troch) and lumbar spine (L1-L4),The comparison before and after treatment in treatment group,exist significant difference(P<0.05),The comparison before and after treatment in control group,exist significant difference(P<0.05), The comparison between control group and treatment group after treatment exist significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Fuyuan Decoction has good curative effect in the treatment of senile osteoporosis, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients. Both treatment group and the control group can improve bone mineral density, increased serum PINP value and reduce serum beta -CTX in patients, With Yishen Fuyuan decoction on the basis of the control group, the improvement effect is more obvious. The compound decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of senile osteoporosis.
