Clinical Observation Of Yishen Zhuanggu Decoction In The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetic Osteoporosis Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yishenzhuangu Decoction on kidne y deficiency and blood stasis of type 2 diabetic osteoporosis by applyin g Yishenzhuanggu Decoction.Methods:Select 72 cases between December 2019 and December 2020 by hei longjiang university first affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine clinic diagnosis of type 2 diabetic patients with osteoporosis,kidney and blood stasis type,according to random number table method was di vided into the treatment group and the control group(n=36).All the pat ients were treated with blood glucose control,oral Calchi D,reasonable d iet,moderate exercise,moderate light and other basic treatments.The contr ol group was treated with oral Alendronate Sodium Tablet,and the treat ment group was additiously treated with Yishen Zhuangu Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for3 months.The total TCM syndrome score,TCM symptom score,visual an alogue scale(VAS)and bone mineral density(BMD)of 2 groups were compared before and after treatment,and the safety indexes were observ ed during the treatment.Result:1.After treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was co mpared,the treatment group was 73.53%,and the control group was 55.88%,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and compared with the control group,the total score s in the treatment group improved more significantly(P<0.05).3.After treatment,single symptom scores of TCM in the treatment g roup decreased(P<0.05).And all other scores in the control group decre ased(P<0.05),except for frequent nocturnal urination and tinnitus(these two scores did not change significantly,P>0.05).Compared with the con trol group,the treatment group had more significant improvement in the score of lumbar spine tingling,pain rejection,frequent nocturnal urination and tinnitus symptom(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the BMD in both groups was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the increase of BMD in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the VAS in both groups decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion:1.Yishen Zhuangu Decoction can reduce the total TCM syndrome sc ore and TCM single symptom score of type 2 diabetic osteoporosis pati ents with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.2.Yishen Zhuangu Decoction can effectively improve the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of type 2 diabetic osteoporosis patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis,such as tingling pain in the waist and spine,rejection of pressing on the sore spot,weakness in the waist and knee,weakness in the lower limbs,difficulty in walking,frequent no cturnal urination,tinnitus and so on.3.Yishen zhuanggu Decoction can effectively increase bone mineral density.4.Yishen zhuanggu Decoction can effectively reduce visual analogue scale(VAS)and relieve patients’ pain symptoms.
