Objective:to analyze the factors affecting the recovery of joint function after the operation of ankle fracture,in order to provide the basis for the maximal recovery of ankle joint function. Methods:Choice in January 2016-January 2018 in tai cang city first people's hospital orthopedic 15 district hospital treatment of ankle fractures, the study in the standard parallel open reduction and internal fixation of surgical treatment of 124 patients, through follow-up,the acquisition of the patient's age, gender, whether diabetes or whether smoking, traumatic violence, body mass index, fracture classification and fracture reduction.,whether restoration of the syndesmosis, whether early postoperative functional exercise etc, reference AOFAS score standard,to evaluate the ankle function after surgery for ankle fractures research and record ratings,The clinical data collected were analyzed retrospectively, and the recovery effect and influencing factors of postoperative function of ankle fracture were studied by statistical analysis. Results:all 124 cases of patients with ankle fractures, give 1.0-1.5 years of follow-up,through the single factor analysis of factors influencing the ankle fractures of postoperative AOFAS ankle function score, with statistical significance(P<0.05)related factors are:fracture classification and fracture reduction.traumatic violence, whether restoration of the syndesmosis, smoking and diabetes.Multivariate Logistic analysis was performed on the above factors, and it was confirmed that the main factors for good functional recovery of ankle joint after surgery were fracture classification and fracture reduction. Conclusion:in order to improve the recovery effect of joint function after ankle fracture surgery, accurate classification of ankle fracture, sufficient assessment of injury, selection of appropriate surgical methods and anatomic reduction are needed to restore joint consistency as far as possible.
