The Effects Of The Therapy Of Reinforcing Kidney,Replenishing Qi And Regulating Blood On The State Of Endometrium And Uterine Artery In IVF-ET Women

Objective The objective of the research is to observe the clinic value of the therapy of Reinforcing Kidney,Replenishing Qi and Regulating Blood combined with IVF-ET on treatment of infertile women.To evaluate the clinical effects of the therapy of Reinforcing Kidney,Replenishing Qi and Regulating Blood on the state of endometrium and uterine artery during Controlled Ovarian Hyperstimulation.Methods 60 cases of tubal infertility patients undergoing IVF-ET were randomly divided into Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases),Treatment:COH+IVF-ET+TCM therapy was used in the TCM group,and COH+IVF-ET was used in the control group,with same way of COH+IVF-ET in the two groups.According to the theory of Reinforcing Kidney,Replenishing Qi and Regulating Blood,there were two stages involved in treatment of tubal infertility patients undergoing IVF-ET:The first stage focused on the improvement of physical state,the TCM group received the therapy of Reinforcing Kidney,Replenishing Qi and Activating Blood before IVF-ET;The second stage focused on the implantationof embryo,the patients were treated by the therapy of Reinforcing Kidney,Replenishing Qi and Nourishing Blood combined with Progesterone after IVF-ET,a dose of TCM everyday.The dose of Progesterone was 60 mg,im Qd,two weeks after the embryo transfer.The average course of the treatment was between one to three months in the two stages,while the recipe of chinese herbs and the dose of Progesterone would be changed on the basis of the changes of the patients’ symptoms and the levels of β-HCG、P every one or two weeks.The clinical data including endometrial thickness,types on the day of hCG administration and endometrial blood flow index on the day of hCG administration and transplantation were respectively examined under B type ultrasonic and then were made the statistical analysis.Results The general features such as patient’s age,average infertility duration,body mass index,basal sex hormones,gonadotropin dosage between two groups were not statistically different(P>0.05).The average endometrial thickness of TCM group was higher than that of control group [(10.92±1.59)mm vs(10.43±1.58)mm]on the day of h CG administration,while the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The proportion of type A endometrium was 80.0%(24/30 cases)in the TCM group and 53.3%(16/30 cases)in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05);The PI and RI of uterine artery in TCM group were obviously lower than that of control group on the day of hCG administration and transplantation(P<0.01)。Conclusions The therapy of Reinforcing Kidney,Replenishing Qi and Regulating Blood combined with IVF-ET may help to elevate theendometrial thickness and types,improve endometrial receptivity,regulate the state of uterine artery of the infertile patients undergoing IVF-ET.
