| Objective From the perspective of chinese medicine to explore the etiology of nodular goiter and the pathogenesis of nodular goiter,observing on the Clinical Effect of “Huo Xue Xiao Ying ” tablet Combined with “Xia Ku Cao ”capsulein treating stasis phlegm knot type of nodular goiter,exploring the mechanism of its effect on the treatment of nodular goiter,evaluating the role of thyroid nodules size and thyroid morphology,understanding the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese Medicine,evaluating its clinical application value.Methods The research samples were selected from the patients who had nodular goiter visiting to the outpatient department of Hubei provincial traditional Chinese medical hospital from April 2016 to October 2016.A total of 66 patients were enrolled in the experiment,6 cases were off during the study.At last,the remaining 60 cases were divided into treatment group and control group,accord-ing to the principle of random comparison.The treatment group was treated with oral Huo Xue Xiao Ying tablet,4 tablets each time,3 times a day;Xiakucao capsule,2 tablets each time,2 times a day;The control group was given oral euthyrox,each time 25ug-50 ug,once a day.A course of treatment was 3 months and the observation period was 3 months.After 3 months of treatment,dating on thyroid nodules size and thyroid morphology,the risk factors of malignant,nodules clinical symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine had been analyzed.Results(1)Before treatment,the gender,age,course of disease were compared between the two groups,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,the two groups were actually compared.(2)Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups be fore and after treatment:after a course of treatment,the total effective rate was 73.33% in the treatment group,the control group was 36.67%,there was significant difference between the two,groups the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.(3)Comparison of Chinese medicine syndrome score between two groups before and after treatment:treatment group before and after treatment of Chinese medicine syndrome integral comparison,P<0.01,there was significant difference between the two groups;Control group before and after treatment of Chinese medicine syndrome in-tegral comparison,P<0.05,the difference was statistically sign-ificant;After treatment,two groups of Chinese medicine syndrome scores decreased,P<0.01,there was significant difference between the two groups,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving Chinese medicine symptoms and signs.(4)Comparison of Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect of two groups before and after treatment:the total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group,the control group was 33.3%,there was significant difference between the two groups.(5)Two groups of nodular malignant high risk factors score before and after the treatment:the treatment group was compared before and after treatment,P<0.01,there was significant difference between the two groups;the control group was compared before and after treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;after treatment,the comparison between the two gro ups,P<0.01,there was significant difference between the two groups,the malignant risk factors score of treatment group was significant-ly lower than the control group.(6)Comparison of the maximum diameter of thyroid nodules of two groups before and after treatment:the treatment group was compared before and after treatment,P<0.05,the maximum diameter of the nodules was less than that before treatment,there was significant diff-erence between the two groups;the control group was compared be fore and after treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not significant;After treatment,the comparison between the two groups,P<0.05,the reduction of thyroid nodules in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.(7)Comparison of thyroid volume of two groups before and after treatment:the treatment group was compared before and after treatment,P<0.05,after treatment,the thyroid volume was less than that before treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups;the control group was compared before and after treatment,P<0.05,after treatment,the thyroid volume was less than that before treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups;after treatment,the comparison between the two groups, P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.(8)Side effects:Comparison of thyroid function and thyroid autoantibodies of two groups before and after treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Blood,urine routine,liver function and renal function were not abnormal before and after treatment.Conclusion “Huo Xue Xiao Ying”tabletcombined with“Xiakucao”capsule in treating nodular goiter had the significant clinical effect,it can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients and shrink the enlarged thyroid also reduce the maximum diameter of the nodule,meanwhile,it can reduce the possibility of malignant nodules,it had small side effects,it is worthy of clinica promotion. |
