| Objective: Through the collection of gastric cancer cases,TCM syndromes and related factors were reviewed and analyzed,research on gastric cancer TCM syndrome type distribution,relationship between related factors and TCM Syndromes of gastric cancer,to provide the basis for the standardization and standardization of the syndrome differentiation of gastric cancer.Methods: Clinical data of patients with gastric cancer who met inclusion criteria from November 2011 to November 2016 were collected in The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine and Ruikang Affiliated Hospital,Statistical analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the characteristics of TCM Syndrome Distribution and its clinical features,general data,etiology and risk factors,tumor location,pathological type and clinical staging,tumor metastasis,laboratory indicators,such as the relationship between surgery and chemotherapy of gastric cancer cases.Result: 1.Included in the 472 cases,endoretention of damp heat in 118 cases(25%);deficiency of both qi and blood type in 108 cases(22.9%);the weakness of spleen and stomach type in 81 cases(17.2%),74 cases of liver stomach disharmony type(15.7%),phlegm and blood stasis type in 60 cases(12.7%);stomach yin deficiency type in 31 cases(6.6%).The distribution of the six syndrome types was statistically significant(P < 0.05),endoretention of damp heat and deficiency of both qi and blood type are more common in this cases,followed by the weakness of spleen and stomach type,liver stomach disharmony type,phlegm and blood stasis type;and stomach yin deficiency type is relatively less.2.Clinical features: The main clinical symptom are bellyache > weight loss > anorexia> weak> ventosity> nausea and vomiting> sour regurgitation,and the main signs of physical are abdominal tenderness > surgical scar > abdominal mass > rale> decreased bowel sounds > hydroncus> superficial lymphadenopathy.3.Distribution of general data: male 298 cases(63.1%),female 174 cases(36.9%),male to female ratio is about 1.71: 1.Average age of onset 59.01±13.70,Age more than 50 years accounted for 74.4%;the average age of males was60.84±12.421,and the average age of women was 55.89±15.184.native place on Guangxi 95.8%;the Han nationality 65.7%,the Zhuang nationality 28.8%.Married 92.2%,widowed 4.7%,unmarried 2.3%,divorced 0.8%.Retirements accounted for 26.9%,followed by farmers accounted for 23.7%.4.Etiology and risk factors: Previous history of stomach diseases accounted for 33.9%;with a history of smoking accounted for 17.4%,and alcohol drinking accounted for 16.5%,bad eating habits accounted for 11.7%;family history of gastric cancer accounted for 2.3%,other family history 2.8%.5.Tumor site,pathological type and stage: the incidence of gastric antrum in gastric cancer was 33.5%,gastric body was 16.9%,gastric cardia fundus was 9.7%,gastric angle was 8.9%;Comple x type accounted for 30.9%.The main pathological type was adenocarcinoma,which accounting for 72.7%.In pathological staging,the stage?accounted for 6.8%,stage?accounted for 19.1%,stage? for 34.1%,and stage ? occupied 40.0%.6.Tumor metastasis: tumor metastasis was 63.6%,lymph node metastasis was 48.5%,distant metastasis was 42.6%.7.Laboratory physical and chemical indexes: anemia accounted for 65.7%.8.Operation and chemotherapy: surgical treatment accounted for 58.5%,chemotherapy accounted for 66.3%;both surgery and chemotherapy are some 42.2%.9.Correlation analysis between syndrome type and related factors: there was no significant difference in the distribution of TCM syndrome types with age,nationality,occupation,history of gastric diseases,smoking history,family history,tumor location,tumor pathological type,anemia degree,and the distribution of operation and chemotherapy(P > 0.05),while significant differences in the distribution of TCM syndromes and gender,age,marriage,drinking history,bad eating habits,tumor pathological stage,tumor metastasis,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis(P <0.05).Conclusion: 1.The most common type of TCM syndrome of gastric cancer are endoretention of damp heat and deficiency of both qi and blood type,followed by the weakness of spleen and stomach type,liver stomach disharmony type,phlegm and blood stasis type;and stomach yin deficiency type is relatively less.2.The main clinical manifestations of gastric cancer are abdominal pain and ventosity,weight loss,anorexia,weak,nausea and vomiting,sour regurgitation,abdominal tenderness and abdominal mass.3.In the morbidity of gastric cancer,men more than women,mainly in the elderly,the average age of onset in male was higher than female.Mainly from Guangxi,the Han nationality and Zhuang nationality were common,marital status was mostly married,Occupation is mainly retirements and farmers.4.Previous history of gastric diseases,Smoking and drinking history,diet habits,family history are common etiology and risk factors of gastric cancer.5.The predilection site of gastric cancer is the gastric antrum,followed by complex type,while gastric body,cardia and stomach fundus,gastric angle were relatively small.The main pathological types of gastric cancer were poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma,stage ? and ? ware the major pathologies stage,most of them have shifted,the whole patients of this study is mainly in the middle and late stage;Most of the patients had different degrees of anemia.6.Surgery and chemotherapy are the common treatments for gastric cancer.7.The distribution of TCM syndrome types of gastric cancer was not affected by age,nationality,occupation,history of gastric diseases,smoking history,family history,tumor location,tumor pathological type,anemia degree,and the distribution difference of operation and chemotherapy;while related to sex,age,marriage,drinking history,bad eating habits,tumor pathological stage and tumor metastasis. |
