Retrospective Analysis Of Clinical Data Of 310 Patients With Lung Cancer In The Past Ten Years

Objective: To retrospectively study the clinical data of 310 hospitalized patients,to understand the clinical features and treatment of lung cancer,and to provide a scientific basis for the clinical treatment of lung cancer.Methods: Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of patients with lung cancer from 2007 to 2016 in Liuzhou City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,in strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected,to meet the conditions of the clinical data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software.Results:The median age of onset of 310 cases of lung cancer in this study was at the age of 67,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of the disease between the Han,Zhuang and other ethnicgroups in the past 5 years(P> 0.05).The incidence of adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma before and after 5 years(P< 0.05).There are differences in the infection of lung squamous cell carcinoma and several other pathological types of lung(P< 0.05).The lung adenocarcinoma and lung squamous cell carcinoma with different TCM syndrome type(P< 0.05).The left and right lung two TCM syndrome types of primary lung cancer,no statistical significance(P> 0.05).The anatomical classification of TCM type of lung cancer and lung cancer are gender differences,no statistical significance(P> 0.05).Chemotherapy and Chinese patent medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction than Chemotherapy and Chinese patent medicine in improving TCM symptoms and improve the Karnofsky score,lower CEA,tumor size and control combined with western medicine,reduce the degree of nausea andvomiting with better curative effect(P< 0.05).Conclusion: Old age and smoking are important factors of lung cancer.There was no difference in the incidence of lung cancer between different nationalities in 5 years.The composition ratio of different pathological types of lung cancer is changing.The differences of TCM syndromes and different pathological types of lung infection.Because of the TCM syndrome type of lung cancer with different gender different anatomical type.Chemotherapy and Chinese patent medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction can achieve good clinical efficacy in the treatment of lung cancer combinedwith westernmedicine.
