Clinical Study On Ulcerative Colitis Treated With Jiawei Chaishao Liujun Granular Combined With Sulfasalazine Enteric Coatel Tablets

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Chaishao Liujun granularcombined with Sulfasalazine enteric coatel tablets on treating hot and humid embodiment of spleen deficient of ulcerative colitis,and to provide an objective basis of using Jiawei Chaishao Liujun granular combined with Sulfasalazine enteric coatel tablets on treating hot and humid embodiment of spleen deficient of ulcerative colitis in clinic later.Methods: 85 patients with hot and humid embodiment of spleen deficient of ulcerative colitis that met inclusion criteria were selected As the research object,dividing those into two groups randomly,including 43 cases in the treatment group,were treated by Jiawei Chaishao Liujun granular combined with Sulfasalazine enteric coatel tablets,42 cases in the control group,were treated by Sulfasalazine enteric coatel tablets merely4 weeks as a course,the two groups were observed 2 course.To observe the content of the treatment process included Sutherland activity index integral,clinical symptoms integral,TCM syndrome curative effect,disease comprehensive curative effect,Mucous membrane curative effect of integr al under colonoscopy,and serum CRP level before and after treatment.6months were followed after the observation,to observe the difference between two groups of clinical curative effect,safety,applicability of this method.Results:(1)Sutherland activity index integral,clinical symptoms integral,TCM syndrome curative effect,disease comprehensive curative effect and Mucous membrane curative effect of integral under colonoscopy before and after treatment of the treatment group were contrasted with the con trol group(P<0.05).The curative effect was confirmed of Jiawei Chaishao Liujun granular combined with Sulfasalazine enteric coatel tablets treated hot and humid embodiment of spleen deficient of ulcerative colitis,an d it was superior to the treatment effect of using Sulfasalazine enteric coatel tablets merely.(2)Serum CRP level before and after treatment was comparatived and analyzed,the inflammatory indicators(CRP)of treatment group was inferior to the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),it was confirmed that the Inflammatory indicators of patients could be reduced in the treatment group and the control group,and the treatment group was superior to the control group,it instructions Jiawei Chaishao Liujun granular combined with Sulfasalazine enteric coatel tablets treated ulcerative colitis was superior to the treatment effect of using Sulfasalazine enteric coatel tablets merely on reducing the inflammation.(3)1 patient discomforted,included nausea,Loss of appetite and so on,others were not appeared side effects,and the Liver and kidney function of the 80 was normal.Following up of 6 months after treatment,obseving patients relapse,The recurrence rate of the treatment group was inferior to the control group,it instructions that the recurrence rate of Jia wei Chaishao Liujun granular combined with Sulfasalazine enteric coatel tablets treatted ulcerative colitis was superior to the treatment effect of using Sulfasalazine enteric coatel tablets merely.Conclusion: The treatment effect of Jiawei Chaishao Liujun granularcombined with Sulfasalazine enteric coatel tablets treated ulcerative colitis is outstanding,it can improve UC Sutherland activity index integral,clinical symptoms integral,TCM syndrome curative effect,disease compreh ensive curative effect,Mucous membrane curative effect of integral under colonoscopy,and serum CRP level before and after treatment obviously,e-liminate the gastrointestinal symptoms;it can reduce levels of inflammatory mediators of UC patients.The curative effect of Jiawei Chaishao Liujun granular combined with Sulfasalazine enteric coatel tablets is stable,the recurrence rate is low,the security is high,and no Side effects during the treatment,it is worth promoting.
