Clinical Study Of FuFangDaHuangJiXueCao Granules And Dahuangzhechong Pill On Idiopathic FSGS

Objective:To observe the curative effect of fufangdahuangjixuecao granules and Dahuang zhechong pill in treatment of idiopathic focal segmental glomerulosclerosis(FSGS),to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of fufangdahuangjixuecao granules and Dahuang zhechong pill.To provide experience for the treatment of idiopathic focal segmental glomerulosclerosis in Guangxi.Methods:Choose from January 2015 to June 2016,rui kang affiliated hospital to guangxi university of chinese medicine,the first affiliated hospital to guangxi university of chinese medicine and in the people's liberation army 303 hospital outpatient and ward were 60 patients the stage belongs to CKD2~3 period,the level of urine protein is less than 3.5g/d with FSGS as the research object damp and hot blood stasis syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,and will conform to the standard of 60 patients,randomly divided into A,B,C three groups,each group 20 cases,Group A for irbesartan,1 times a day,300 mg each time,to take medicine every morning.Group B on the basis of group A give the dahuang zhechong pill,three times per day,3g once.Based on group A give the group C fufangdahuangjixuecao granules,three times per day,15 g once.Taking the same foundation treatment,three groups of common observation of 12 weeks.Was detected in all patients before and after drug related indicators: ALB?BUN?Scr?TG?TC?LDL-C?HDL-C?PT?APTT?URBC?UCyst C?24UPR.Starting fro m 0 weeks every four weeks 1 times,a total of 4 times.At the same time observation before and after treatment in patients with clinical signs and symptoms improve the situation,the effect of the comparison between groups after treatment.Results:(1)Three groups of patients after treatment has good curative effect,B,C two groups total effective rate was 89.47% and 89.47% respectively,were significantly better than A group 63.16%(P<0.05),difference was statistically significant,and compare differences between B and C two groups has no statistical significance(P>0.05).(2)Three groups of TCM symptom score were decreased after treatment(P < 0.05),but B,C two groups are down more obvious compared with group A(P < 0.05),difference was statistically sign ificant,and compare differences between B and C two groups has no statistical significance(P>0.05).Three groups after treatment 24 UPR,TC,TG,LDL-C,Scr,BUN,URBC,UCyst C were declined,ALB and HDL-C increased(P < 0.05),but B,C two groups than A group improved more significantly(P < 0.05),and compare differences between B and C two groups has no statistical significance(P>0.05).(3)the three groups before and after treatment PT,APTT showed no obvious differences(P>0.05).A group of patients occurred in 3 cases of upper respiratory tract infection,B group of patien ts 5 cases had mild diarrhea,no obvious discomfort in C patients.Conclusion: Fufangdahuangjixuecao granules and dahuang zhechong pill for the stage belongs to CKD2~3 period,the level of urine protein is less than 3.5g/d with idiopathic FSGS and TCM is the deficiency of spleen and kidney,damp heat and blood stasisbetter clinical efficacy in patients,and the curative effect of two drugs,but Fu fangdahuangjixuecao granules were less side effects.
