Investigation Of Traditional Chinese Medical Constitution Types And Cardiovascular Risk Factors In Hypertension Patients Of The Guangxi Area:An Analysis Of 263 Cases

Objective: Through analyze the correlation of traditional Chinese medical constitution types with cardiovascular risk factors in hypertension patients of the Guangxi area,to explore the characteristics of Chinese medical constitution types in hypertension patients,in order to optimize individual management and treatment of hypertension.Methods: Selectt 263 cases Hypertension patients which is satisfy with conditions,the general situation,auxiliary examination,the constitution types of traditional Chinese medical data collected through questionnaires,then we input and analyzed the relevant data and results by SPSS17.0 statistical analysis software in order to research the correlation of traditional Chinese medical constitution types with cardiovascular risk factors in hypertension patients.Results: The constitution of traditional Chinese medical of 263 cases Hypertension patients of the Guangxi area in the former three types were Phlegm-wetness,Yin-deficiency,Yang-deficiency.The level of Gentleness type accounted for 1.5 percent,Phlegm-wetness type(38.8%),Yin-deficiency type(32.3%),Yang-deficiency type(12.5%),Wet-heat type(7.2%),Qi-deficiency type(3.0%),Qi-depression type(2.7%),Blood-stasis type(1.9%),The study did not collected Special diathesis type of patients.Compared with Qi-depression type and Gentleness type,the proportion of Qi-deficiency type,Yang-deficiency type,Yin-deficiency type,Phlegm-wetness type,Wet-heat typeand Blood-stasis type increased with age,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with other types of pathological constitutions,the proportion of male Phlegm-wetness type was significantly higher than the other,and the proportion of female Yin-deficiency type was significantly higher than the other,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Smoking people with Yin-deficiency type,Phlegm-wetness type,compared to Gentleness type,Wet-heat type,Qi-deficiency type,Yang-deficiency type,Blood-stasis type,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with other types of pathological constitutions,Qi-deficiency type,Blood-stasis type,Phlegm-wetness type and Wet-heat typeincreases reduces with exercise frequency increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with other types of pathological constitutions,Phlegm-wetness type and Wet-heat type BMI is higher,has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion(s): The constitution of TCM of 263 cases Hypertension patients of the Guangxi area were mainly composed of phlegm-dampness type,Yin-deficiency type;Qi-deficiency type,Yang-deficiency type,Yin-deficiency type,Phlegm-dampness type,Wet-heat type,and Blood-stasis type ratio with age increased;Blood-stasis type increases with exercise frequency reduced,Phlegm-wetness type and Wet-heat type reduces with exercise frequency reduced Phlegm-dampness type and Wet-heat type in patients with BMI level related to hypertension.
