Clinical Research On Huoxue Huaxian Decoction In The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis Complicated With Interstitial Pneumonia

Objective: The study was to observe the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs,laboratory examination and pulmonary function test in treating rheumatoid arthritis complicated with interstitial pneumonia by Huoxue Huaxian Decoction,and to discuss its mechanism and application prospect.In this way,the study explored a safe and reliable method for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with interstitial pneumonia,and provided clinical evidence for the treatment of RA-ILD with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods: Taking the curative effect of phlegm and blood stasis in treating rheumatoid arthritis complicated with interstitial pneumonia as the point of penetration,we mainly observed the symptoms,signs,laboratory tests,tumor necrosis factor-? and pulmonary function.Collected the clinic al data of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis and interstitial pneumonia in our hospital from March 2015 to October 2016,and selected 58 cases of RA-ILD patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in traditional Chinese medical science.We randomly divided them into two groups.One was treatment group with Chinese medicine Huoxue Huaxian Decoction,while the other was control group with Western medicine only.The contents of this study included analysis of clinical manifestations,pulmonary function tests,laboratory tests and other diagnostic methods and clinical efficacy.Observed the symptoms and signs before and after treatment,and divided the clinical results into recovery,markedly effective,improved and ineffective.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared by statistical methods.Results: The results show that Huoxue Huaxian Decoction can significantly improve the main symptoms and signs of patients,reduce or normalize the blood routine,rheumatoid factor(RF),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP)and anti cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody(anti CCP),and improve the blood gas analysis and pulmonary ventilation function.Comparing the clinical curative effect of two groups,the total effective rate was 89.66% in the treatment group,and 68.97% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),showing that the curative effect of Huoxue Huaxian Decoction in treating rheumatoid arthritis complicated with interstitial pneumonia was superior to that of Western medicine alone.Conclusion(s): 1.Huoxue Huaxian Decoction is an effective prescription for treating rheumatoid arthritis complicated with interstitial pneumonia.Its therapeutic mechanism may be that through regulating the immune function,controlling the inflammatory reaction,inhibiting the metabolism of connective tissue related factors,anti fibrosis,to achieve the purpose of prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis.The use of Huoxue Huaxian Decoction has fewer adverse reactions and side effects,and it is safe,deserving popularization.2.Huoxue Huaxian Decoction in treating rheumatoid arthritis complicated with interstitial pneumonia,not only reduce tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNFalpha)level,but also significantly improve the relevant efficacy index,and its clinical efficacy was superior to that of single use of prednisone tablets + cyclophosphamide injection + acetylcysteine granules.3.In overall improvement of clinical symptoms and delaying disease progression,Huoxue Huaxian Decoction in treating rheumatoid arthritis complicated with interstitial pneumonia,by promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,invigorating qi and resolving phlegm,dredging collaterals and relieving pain,was superior to that of single use of prednisone tablets + cyclophosphamide injection + acetylcysteine granules.
