Generally speaking,oral-diadochokinesis task can better reflect the flexibility and coordination of articulators,is generally used to evaluate the oral motor ability of patients with speech language disorder, and diadochokinesia rate is one of the most commonly used evaluation index. The test of diadochokinesia is similar to the movement of articulators in connected speech, can be used to reflect co-articulation ability. Some researchers believe that the index of diadochokinesia fluency and accuracy is not affected by age and sex,can reflect the movement ability of articulator better. The study mainly selected the index of diadochokinesia fluency and accuracy as evaluation indicators reflect diadochokinesia ability characteristics.Children with cerebral palsy and hearing impaired children in continuous speech tend to appear poor speech clarity, speech fluency, these problems is more serious in above-mentioned articulation disorder of different two types, but in clinical rehabilitation training is often easily overlooked.Few study explored the features of diadochokinesia fluency and accuracy, especially for the comparative study of diadochokinesia ability in different types among articulation disorder, the relationship between diadochokinesia fluency, accuracy and the fluency, accuracy in connected speech of children with articulation disorder is not clear. This research from the research status, exploring the correlation of diadochokinesia ability and phonetic ability in children with cerebral palsy and hearing impairment.Study includes four experiments,as follows:1.The study of diadochinesia ability characteristics on hearing-impaired childrenThe first experiment consist of 30 typical development children,30 hearing-impaired children. The diadochokinesia ability of above two types children were tested and analysed.Conclusion:(1)The diadochokinesia ability of typical development children is better than hearing-impaired children.(2)The performance of diadochokinesia decreased with the increase of number of syllables for all two types of children.2.The study of diadochinesia ability characteristics on children with cerebral palsyThe second experiment consist of 30 typical development children,16 children with cerebral palsy. The diadochokinesia ability of above two types children were tested and analysed.Conclusion:(1)The diadochokinesia ability of typical development children is better than children with cerebral palsy.(2)The performance of diadochokinesia decreased with the increase of number of syllables for all two types of children.3.The study on the correlation of the articulation disorder children between diadochokinesia ability and speech clarityThe third experiment consist of 29 hearing children and 16 children with cerebral palsy.Conclusion:(1)The fluency of diadochokinesia on hearing-impaired children is mainly correlated with their sentence intelligibility, the accuracy of diadochoinesia is correlated with their speech clarity.(2)The fluency of diadochokinesia is uncorrelated with their speech clarity.4.The study on the correlation of the articulation disorder children between diadochokinesia ability and speech fluencyThe experiment is completed with the second experiment at the same time, the testing methods are as above.Analysis the relationship between diadochokinesia ability of the two children with their speech fluency. Conclusion:The fluency of diadochokinesia is correlated with their speech fluency for both two types articulation disorder children.
