| Objective:1.to evaluate the motor function of articulation organs; 2.to evaluate speech articulation ability 3. analysis dysarthria major problem, as the following provide the basis for speech therapy treatment; 4. test average fundamental frequency and loudness of speech;Method: 1. measure Diadochokinetic rate; 2. to explore speech intelligibility , phonological acquisition , phonemic contrast, minimal phonemic contrast, and analyze the factors related to speech intelligibility; 3. With equipment tests the average fundamental frequency and loudness of speechResults: 1. Cochlea using 48 months group, the motor function of articulation organs below the normal hearing group, the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05), the cochlea using 60 months and 72 months group were still lower than the normal hearing group, but no significant difference; 2. speech intelligibility correlated with the time of cochlear using and rehabilitation time after the operation.at 0.01 level; 3. cochlea using 37 to 72 months group, the younger implanted ,the better speech intelligibility; in the 1 to 36 months group, implantation age at 3 to 6 is better; 4. about consonants ,the highest error rate is affricates in the place articulation, followed by fricative; the highest error rate is the tip of tongue and radix linguae in the articulation manner; 5. 55 people, 53 the intensity were lower 65dB; 6. the mean speaking fundamental frequency of cochlea using 48 months group was significant difference (p <0.05)with the normal hearing group ,60 and 72 months group were not significant (p> 0.05);Conclusion: 1. the motor function of articulation organs of cochlear implant users need 5 to 6 years to approach the normal hearing persons ; 2 the longer the rehabilitation , the better the validation; 3. affricates and fricative is high error rate; the tip of tongue and radix linguae also high error rate; 4. loudness abnormal subjects; 5. cochlea using 48 months group, the mean speech fundamental frequency lower than the normal hearing group. |
