To Observe The Clinical Curative Effect Of Huangqi Baishu Decoction To Promote The Reduchishen Type Low Analcarbuncle Wound Healing

Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical curative effect of Huangqi Bai Zhu Decoction in the treatment of low perianal abscess postoperative wound healing,and to explore its mechanism from two aspects of theory and clinic.Methods:The clinical choice of 60 patients met the inclusion criteria of low perianal abscess after surgery,were randomly divided into two groups,control group and treatment group.The two groups were treated with the same routine treatment before and after surgery.The treatment group was given oral administration of Astragalus membranaceus Decoction on the first day after operation,one dose per day,and the other one was taken in two times.Patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment.The two groups were observed for the first time on the first day,the seventh day,the fourteenth day,the twenty-first day after the wound exudate and secretion,wound pain,wound granulation tissue growth and so on.On the first day after operation,the length and width of wound surface of the patients in the two groups were measured on the seventh day,the fourteenth day and the twenty-first day after operation,and the healing time of the wounds and the total curative effect of 2 months after operation were compared.Results:Selected 60 patients,no cases of shedding.Before treatment,the two groups of gender,age,course of disease,wound exudate and secretion,wound pain,wound granulation tissue growth,etc.The difference was not statistically significant,baseline before treatment was comparable.The results of this study are as follows:(1)The situation of wound exudate and secretion:There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)after the first 7,14,21 days,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.(2)The situation of wound granulation tissue growth:Two groups after 7,14,21 days of granulation tissue growth showed a significant difference(P<0.05),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.(3)Wound length,width and wound healing time:Seventh days,two groups of postoperative wound length,width was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 14,21 days,two groups of postoperative wound length and width were statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group than the control group.The treatment group the average wound healing time(26.73±2.448)days,the control group the average wound healing time(32.23±4.312)days,the wound healing time were significantly different(P<0.05)treatment group,the average healing time was significantly shorter than the control group.(4)The situation of wound pain:There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)after the first 7,14,21 days.(5)Overall efficacy comparison:2 months after operation,the total effective rate of the two groups was observed.The wound healing rate was 100%,the wound epithelium was completely covered and the scar was solid.The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and the effective rate of the control group was 83.33%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Huangqi Bai Zhu decoction can effectively reduce the postoperative complications,can significantly reduce the wound exudate and secretion,promote the growth of granulation tissue,accelerate wound healing,shorten the healing period,so as to improve the quality of life of the patients.There were no adverse reactions and treatment process,good safety,is worthy of clinical application.
