Correlation Between Primary Sjogren's Syndrome And TCM Constitution Research

[Objective]1.To investigate the physical constitution of patients with Sjogren's syndrome,to analyze the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine physique distribution of primary Sjogren's syndrome;2.To analyze the correlation between different physique and pathogenesis of PSS,and to provide evidence for dialectical care of patients with Sjogren's syndrome from physical point of view.[signification]To analyze the distribution and characteristics of TCM constitution of patients with Sjogren's syndrome,to explore the correlation between the pathogenesis factors and TCM constitution type,and to provide evidence for dialectical treatment of patients with Sjogren's syndrome from the perspective of TCM constitution.[Method]To investigate the distribution of TCM constitution in patients with Sjogren's syndrome by using the TCM Physique Scale.The questionnaire survey was used to investigate the general demographic data and disease-related data of PSS patients.SPSS20.0 was used for statistical analysis to analyze the correlation between TCM constitution and patients' morbidity factors;From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine for patients with Sjogren's syndrome to provide the basis for dialectical care.[Result]1.PSS patients with traditional Chinese medicine physical distribution:yin deficiency>qi deficiency>yang deficiency>blood stasis>qi stagnation>calm quality>phlegm-dampness>special intrinsic quality>hot and humid,to yin deficiency,Yang deficiency mainly,accounting for 21.4%,20.0%,yang deficiency accounted for 19.3%.2.There were statistically significant differences in the age distribution of 2.PSS patients with different constitution types(P<0.05);18-45 years old patients,qi stagnation,yin deficiency are the majority;aged 45-60 in patients with Yin deficiency are;>60 years old patients with Qi deficiency;3.No statistical significance of 3.PSS in patients with different constitution types of differences in gender,onset season(P>0.05);in the course of distribution was statistically significant field duration 1-10 patients with Yang deficiency,yin deficiency,and quality more,duration 10-20 patients with Yin deficiency and blood stasis in patients with rare disease more than 20 years in patients with Qi deficiency,blood stasis to see more.4.PSS patients with different constitution types in the distribution of dietary habits were statistically significant(P<0.05)Xin Lazhong is mainly for the yin deficiency,mainly in the main is the phlegm dampness,and the main part of the blood is the main;5.There was a significant difference in sleep time and personality distribution among different types of constitution(P<0.05).More than 6 hours of sleep a day for the main quality of peace,sleep less than 6 hours of the main Yin deficiency,Qi stagnation.Peace and character to calm,optimistic,biased physical character to tension,irritability.6.There was a significant difference in the distribution of TCM Syndrome Types in patients with 6.PSS(P<0.05).Yin deficiency and blood stasis of blood stasis are rare;Qi and yin deficiency with Qi deficiency and yang deficiency of Yin fluid deficiency to see;Yin deficiency,Qi deficiency see;Yin deficiency of liver and kidney yin deficiency in common7.There was no significant difference between 7.PSS patients with different constitution types in TCM symptom score and disease activity score(P>0.05);8.No statistical significance between the positive rate of 8 of the constitution,the positive rate of anti SSA antibody,ANA antibody positive rate of serum immunoglobulin level difference(P>0.05);comparison of anti SSB antibody the TCM Constitution,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05);[Conclusion]1 the main constitution types of patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome are yin deficiency,Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency.2 the constitution of Chinese medicine is not related to the gender and season of the patients with primary Sjogren'ssyndrome,and the difference in age,course of disease,eating habits and character is significant.3 There is a certain correlation between the positive rate of PSS in 4 patients with constitution of TCM and TCM syndrome type,anti SSB antibody;no significant correlation with the severity of disease,the positive rate of anti SSA antibody,ANA antibody positive rate and the positive rate of serum immunog lobulin levels.4 The bias of.PSS patients' constitution may lead to the susceptibility of the disease,but more clear conclusions are still needed to be further studied.5 Focus on 45-60 years old female patients,pay attention to from the perspective of constitutional theory to adjust the patient's diet,mood,sleep,close monitoring of laboratory parameters,disease activity.
