Aimsto detect the serum level of 25 hydroxyVitamin D3 in patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome and to analyze its relationship with laboratory examination,systemic involvement and disease activity in order to provide assistance for the diagnosis and treatment of primary Sjogren's syndrome.Method1.collect the general situation,clinical manifestations and laboratory data of 80 patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome diagnosed and treated in the Department of Rheumatology and immunology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from January 2019 to January 2020.Meanwhile,45 healthy subjects in our hospital physical examination center were selected as the control group during the same period,and the general data were collected,and the serum data of all the subjects were collected.2.radioimmunoassay was used to detect the serum level of 25 hydroxyVitamin D3 in all the subjects.The level of 25 hydroxyVitamin D3 in patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome was analyzed with the results of laboratory examination,antibody level,disease activity and bone mineral density.3.statistical analysis of the collected data was performed by SPSS 22 software.Result1.the level of 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 in patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome(26.52 + 11.89)ng/ml was lower than that in 25 healthy volunteers(31.64 +6.90)PG /ml,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-2.992 P<0.05).(D3)2.80 primary dry patients were divided into 25 groups according to 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 level.They were divided into deficient group,deficient group and adequate group,accounting for 33.75% and 30% respectively.There was no significant difference in blood routine,IgA,IgM,complement(including C3,C4),erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C reactive protein between three groups(P >0.05),and three groups of IgG levels.There was a significant difference in the level of IgG between the inadequate group and the insufficient group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the adequacy group and the insufficient group(P>0.05).3.the correlation between the level of 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 and blood routine,immunoglobulin,complement and inflammatory index in 80 patients with primary dry comprehensive disease were analyzed.Results the serum level of 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 was not correlated with white blood cell count,hemoglobin,lymphocyte count,platelet,IgM,IgA,C3,C4,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C reactive protein(P>0.05).It was negatively correlated with IgG level(P<0.05).3.a group of 80 patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome who had specific antibodies(including anti ssa60 antibody,anti ssa52 antibody and anti SSB antibody)were analyzed by negative and positive results.The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the level of 25 hydroxyl Vitamin D3 between the two groups(p>0.05).4.according to the ESSDAI score,the patients with primary Sj gren's syndrome were divided into the disease activity group and the stable group.The results showed that the level of 25 hydroxyvitamin D3(22.37 + 1.37)PG /ml in the activity group was lower than that in the stable group(31.70 + 7.83)PG /ml,the difference was statistically significant(t=-4.592 P<0.05);the level of 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 in primary Sjogren's syndrome was negatively correlated with the ESSDAI score.It was statistically significant(r=-0.428 P<0.05).5.patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome were divided into normal bone mass group,osteopenia group and osteoporosis group according to bone mineral density.In normal bone group,the level of 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 was(33.58 + 7.21)pg/ml,the level of 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 in the osteopenia group was(26.82 + 8.45)pg/ml,andthe level of 25 hydroxyvitamin in osteoporosis group was(22.74 9.89)pg/ml.The serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 level in the osteopenia group and the osteoporosis group was significantly lower than that in the normal bone mass group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 level between the osteoporosis group and the osteopenia group(P>0.05).6.patients with primary Sj gren's syndrome were compared with serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 according to system involvement.According to the classification of the systemic involvement of primary Sjogren's syndrome,any organ or system lesion with lung injury,liver damage,hematological damage,renal tubular acidosis was defined as a systemic involvement group.Those with no involvement of the above system were defined as group without system involvement.The serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 level in the systemic involvement group of primary Sjogren's syndrome was(24.69 + 10)pg/ml,slightly lower than that in the non system dependent group(27.45 + 12.73)pg/ml.However,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 levels in the kidney,lung,blood,liver involvement group and the non system involvement group(P>0.05).ConclusionThe level of serum 25 hydroxyVitamin D3 in patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome is lower than that in healthy people,and there is a certain relationship between the level of disease and the activity of patients.
