| ObjectiveThrough a series of pre pregnancy health examination program for 1223 pregnant women in Ji’nan high tech Zone.We gain deeper understanding of the health condition of this group of people,may providing scientific basis for the sound child-rearing work.Pre-pregnancy examination can leave out the risky elements that are harmful for conception,analysis of risk elements can interfere with risk elements before conception and may realizing the moving forward of the defect before birth.Methodology1.Research subject and methodologySelect the 1223 women going through physical examination for sound child rearing before pregnancy in between March,2014 and December,2015.The couples planning pregnancy should sign the informed consent of free physical examination,inquiry into medical history,examination of physique,iconographic examination,clinic laboratory examination,risk analysis,consultation,guidance and follow-up visits are conducted.2.Research content(1)general case:including family inheritance history,infectious disease history and defective pregnancy and delivery history,poor habits and history of coming into contact into the environment(smoking,second-hand smoking,obesity,excessive drinking,constant contact with radiation lines,chemical poison,and noise,reproductive system.(3)Iconographic examination:Gynecological sonography.(4)Laboratory examination:blood routine examination;leukorrhea routine examination,gonococcus,chlamydia trachomatis,TORCH infection,hepatitis B test five indicators Treponema pallidum,Serum glucose,and TSH.A retrospective analysis is conducted on the result of the overall physical examination,risk assessment for all people,screen out the risk people and guide them.3.Statistic analysisConduct statistical analysis through 19.0 version of SPSS software package,use χ2 examination to compare the When P<0.05,the difference has statistical significance.Result1.Among these research objects,188 cases had a history of illness or abnormality,accounting for 15.37%.2.And a total of 421 cases were found with various diseases,with the disease incidence rate of 34.67%;disease detection rate was higher among the age period of 30 to 39 years,lower education degree,higher in the rural population than other age groups(P<0.05).3.In the 1111 cases,122 cases of colpitis are detected,with 10.98%of occurrence of illness.Among these cases,bacterial and Candida vaginitis have high mortality rate.4.39/1221 cases of ultrasonography were detected.There were 19 cases of uterine fibroids,14 functional cysts,3 cases of IUD down,2 cases of cervical cysts and 1 in uterine adenoma.5.There are 40 cases of abnormal serum TSH,with 3.27%of the occurrence of illness.There was no significant difference in the incidence of TSH abnormality among different age groups(P>0.05).The incidence of TSH abnormality in the low education group was higher than that in the high education level,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.78/1223 cases of anemia(6.37%);Moderate anaemia(34.62%),51/78 cases of mild anemia(65.38%),and severe anemia of 0.7.There is a certain TORCH infection rate for pregnant women in the region,but not many IgM positive people.8.Carry out risk analysis on the resources of the 1223 women,high-risk elements mainly include:56 women with poor habits and history of being in contact with the environment,132 have abnormal medical history;vaginitis(122),amnesia(27),potential meningitis(5),IgM antibiotics of cytomegalovirus(4 cases),IgM antibiotics of toxoplasm(2 cases);fibroid(19 cases),Functional cyst(14 cases),Uterine leiomyoma(1 cases);breast diseases(54 cases),cervicitis(72 cases),HBV infection(26 cases),abnormal thyrotrotropin(40 cases).Conclusion and significanceMost of the elements endangering sound children rearing in the physical examination before pregnancy can be avoided through health education and medical examination.Emphasis on health education before pregnancy and promotion of the reference rate of sound child rearing before pregnancy may reduce the occurrence of defect in babies and the result of abnormal pregnancy and the occurrence of defects in babies on delivery.Pre-pregnancy examination can screen out risk elements that are harmful for pregnancy,through analysis of the risk elements can interfere with the risk factors before pregnancy,may moving the prevention pass of birth defect forward. |
