OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the application and effect of "one stich" continuous stenosis and bile duct anastomosis in hepatobiliary diseases. Methods:From January 2012 to December 2013,the clinical data of 214 patients who underwent choledochojej unostomy were analyzed. The clinical data of these patients were retrospectively analyzed.According to the patients Anastomosis group was divided into two groups:traditional biliary anastomosis group(interrupted suture anastomosis)and "one stich" continuous suture group. The incidence of postoperative bile leakage, biliary infection, anastomotic bleeding and biliary stricture were measured.RESULTS:Of the 214 patients,100 patients had traditional interrupted anastomosis, and 114 patients underwent a "one stich" continuous anastomosis. The average anastomosis time of the traditional anastomosis group was 30±2min,and the time of continuous suture anastomosis was 7±1.5min.There was a significant difference between the two groups. The complication rate of the traditional anastomosis group was 9 cases of bile leakage(9/100,9%),21 biliary infection cases(21/100,21%),6 biliary stricture cases(6/100,6%)and "one stich" continuous group I case of bile leakage(1/114,0.8%)biliary tract infection in 1 case(1/114,0.8%),biliary stricture in 0 cases(0/114,0%),There was a significant difference in the complication rate of the patients of the above two groupsConclusion:"One stich" continuous bile enteric anastomosis is a simple,time-saving,less complicated surgical approach.
