| Purpose:By the research to modern literature about chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)'s stable phrase in the nearly 20 years,the clinical manifestation,tongue and pulse condition and syndrome type,the rapeutic principle,and treatment were analyzed,and formulate he clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of obvious traditional Chinese medicine characteristics to give priority to the standardization.Methods:To research the CNKI,the WanFang Data,the VIP full-text journals database(VIP),and to screen articles that conform to the standards.Use frequency analysis and factor analysis to the information collected by SPSS 19.0,and finally screen and summarize a set of basic TCM diagnosis and treatment plan and evaluation method.result:1.TCM syndromes:We mainly summarized 15 syndromes,of which the lung and spleen deficiency is more common,accounting for 14.1%of the total number of cases,The common rate of each syndrome type were lung and spleen deficiency>lung qi deficiency>qi deficiency and phlegm silt syndrome>Lung spleen and kidney deficiency>Lung and kidney deficiency syndrome>Qi and Yin Deficiency syndrome>Lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome>Kidney qi deficiency syndrome.2.Clinical manifestations:There were 13 syndromes that appeared 60 times or above,followed by cough,shortness of breath,wheezing especially when moving,language weakness,chest fullness,oppressed as plug,sputum sticky hard,self-sweat and fear of wind,Wheezing,throat phlegm,spit thin,eat less and loose stools and sound low.3.Tongue type:We mainly summed up 7 types of tongue,of which were 4 tongue body,and 3 tongue coating.Tongue body in the order were tongue(dark)light,dark purple tongue.fat tongue,pale or dark and red tongue:tongue coating were thin white fur,greasy tongue coating,yellow or yellow greasy tongue coating.4.Pulse type:There are 8 type which appeared 30 times or above among summarized 13 Pulse type,thin pulse,sinking thin pulse,weak pulse,string slippery pulse,string fine pulse,sinking pulse,astringent pulse,generation pulse as followed,grand total frequency up to 72.35%5.Rule type:We mainly summarized 14 type,10 of which appeared more than 10 times in the treatment,the cumulative frequency up to 86.8%,followed by Tonifying spleen,lung and kidney,Profiting lung Yin,Boosting qi and removing the phlegm and blood stasis,Benefiting spleen and kidney,Nourishing kidney and lung,Tonifying qi and yin,Nourishing kidney and lung,Invigorating qi and tonifying kidney,Tonifying qi and spleen,Warming and nourishing spleen and kidneys.6.Recipe type:13 Recipe type which appeared more than 5 times for the main summarized of the 19,the cumulative frequency was 86.96%,followed as Liu jun zi tang,Jin kui shenqi wan,Jin shui liu Jun jian,Shen ling bai shu san,Er chen tang,Bu zhong yi qi tang,Bu fei tang,Ping chuang gu ben tang,Yu ping feng san,Liu wei di huang wan or Qi wei wan.7.Drug type:Composition of main drugs in chinese medicine prescription for Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable period followed by qi drugs,cough and phlegm drugs,blood circulation drugs,drugs removing dampness and promoting diuresis,Heat-clearing drugs,blood-tonifying drugs,drugs for relieving exterior disorder,qi-regulating drugs,yang-reinforcing drugs and astringent drugs,and the cumulative frequency was 92.49%.8.Treatment:mainly identified 14 treatments,which appear more than 18 times for four,followed by traditional chinese medicine decoction,Point application of chinese medicine,Acupuncture,Chinese patent medicine and the cumulative frequency was 51.9%.Conclusion:The results of this study showed that the pathologic of stable phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was Deficiency,deficient root with overdo superficial,mixed excessiveness and denficiency,and the deficiency was given priority to lung,spleen and kidney,including parts of Yang deficiency,Yin deficiency,the excess was given priority to phlegm and blood stasis,for part of phlegm heat phlegm wet.Common clinical TCM syndromes were lung and spleen deficiency,lung qi deficiency,qi deficiency,blood stasis and sputum blockage,lung,spleen and kidney deficiency,lung and kidney deficiency.The clinical manifestations mainly came to "cough,shortness of breath,wheezing,language weakness,chest full,oppressed like plug".the common tongue and pulse of COPD in Stable stage were tongue(dark)light,thin white coating and pulses went to thready pulse,deep thready pulse,taut and slippery pulse,small and wiry pulse,deep pulse,sluggish pulse and intermittent pulse.Most of these pulses was given priority to deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis,Showed deficiency syndrome or intermingled deficiency and excess syndrome.The treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage was to benefit mainly,at the same time activating blood circulation and resolving phlegm and promoting Yang.benefiting spleen and lung,Profiting lung Yin and qi,removeing phlegm and blood stasis,Benefiting Spleen,kidney and lung were commomly used.Among the most used prescription in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage was Liu jun zi tang,the rest of the part were self-prescription.For its ingredients,Glycyrrhiza,Tuckahoe,Atractylodes,Dangshen,Astragalus membranaceus,Citrus,Pinellia ternate,Fructus schizandrae,Salviae miltiorrhizae,Pepperweed seed were most used.We found that clinical commonly used traditional Chinese medicine were qi-tonifying drug,cough-suppressing phlegm-transforming medicinal,blood-quickening stasis-transforming medicinal,water-disinhibiting damp-percolating medicinal,heat-clearing drugs,diaphoretic drug after drug classification,embodied tonification and purgation in combination.The literature statistical showed a variety of methods In the treatment of COPD,Traditional chinese medicine decoction,Point application of Chinese medicine,Acupuncture,Chinese patent medicine were applied usually,and there are also two or more treatments used at the same
