Object:1.To explore every cake moxibustion medicine,one of the internal mechanism of atherosclerosis role may promote damage endothelial repair through regulating the expression of EPCs,and ultimately provide experimental basis for every drug prevention and control of cake moxibustion AS.2.To clarify every medicine cake moxibustion of atherosclerosis rabbit endothelial progenitor cell number and function adjustment.Methods:1.Through high cholesterol feeding of the AS prepared by the rabbit after the success of the model,with every other cake moxibustion medicine for intervention,atorvastatin group,the direct moxibustion group AS the control group,continuous treatment of 4 weeks;2.The use of enzymatic and immune method rabbit blood lipid changes;3.Optical microscope rabbit aortic blood vessels form structure;Flow cytometry EPCs calculation.4.5.Determined by MTT method to detect the EPCs proliferative capacity;Transwell Chambers EPCs migration method to detect the ability;Determination of cell adhesion ability evaluation of EPCs adhesion ability;EPCs angiogenesis Matrigel gum assisted detection ability.Result:1.The rabbit blood lipid levels:compared with normal group,model group,serum TC,TG,LDL-C content were significantly increased(P<0.01);Compared with model group,the treatment group in serum TC,TG,LDL-C and content were significantly lower(P<0.01);Group compared with model group,every medicine cake moxibustion increase HDL-C content in serum(P<0.05).2.The number of EPCs comparison:compared with normal group,model group EPCs quantity is less,there are significant differences(P<0.01);Compared with model group,isolation effect,direct moxibustion group and atorvastatin group number of EPCs have obviously increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05);Compared with every other medicine moxibustion group,content of the number of EPCs is less direct moxibustion group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The number of EPCs adhesion comparison:compared with normal group,atorvastatin group of EPCs adhesion quantity,statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with model group,every medicine moxibustion group,atorvastatin group number of EPCs have obvious increase,significant differences(P<0.01).4.The number of EPCs migration comparison:compared with normal group,model group the EPCs migration quantity is little,statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with model group,every medicine moxibustion group,atorvastatin group EPCs migration quantity increased markedly,and the statistically significant(P<0.01).5.A value comparison:compared with normal group,model group A small value,every effect value is bigger,A statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with model group,drug moxibustion group,moxibustion group and atorvastatin group directly A value significantly larger,there were significant differences(P<0.01);Compared with every other medicine moxibustion group,A smaller values direct moxibustion group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Number of angiogenesis:compared with normal group,model group angiogenesis quantity is less,statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with model group,drug moxibustion group,moxibustion group and atorvastatin group directly angiogenesis number is more,there were significant differences(P<0.01 or P<0.05);Conclusion:1.Every medicine cake moxibustion AS rabbit for regulation of lipid metabolism has a good effect;2.Every medicine cake moxibustion can improve the EPCs in the peripheral blood by number,EPCs adhesion,migration,value-added and promote angiogenesis ability,promote the repair of vascular endothelial damage,so AS to play its role AS resistance.
