ObjectiveThrough the study of isokinetic therapy on stroke patients with knee hyperextension(treatment group)for training,and no isokinetic training of patients(control group)were compared to observe the isokinetic training on patients with knee hyperextension corrective treatment of stroke,and provide reference for stroke patients with knee extensor rehabilitation training.MethodsMethods of randomized controlled study,60 patients with stroke were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group.Two groups of patients were given conventional rehabilitation therapy,the treatment group on the basis of conventional rehabilitation therapy to join the constant velocity training instrument,the stroke patients with constant training.The treatment period was one month,a total of 4 weeks,5 times in 1 week.Before and after treatment were treated with isokinetic lower limb flexors and extensors front torque rating,timed "up and go",the changes of these indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and observe the whole course of treatment had no adverse events,if any shall truthfully record,and take corresponding measures.Results60 patients were enrolled in the study from October 2015 to June 2016 were hospitalized patients in Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital University City hospital rehabilitation department,a total of 60 patients completed the study.The treatment group of 30 people,30 people in the control group,no cases of loss and death,of which the proportion of men and women:2:1,average age:57.17 ± 10.791 years,age:31-79 years old,fluctuations in the average duration of 62.32+41.052 days,the fluctuating course in 13-175 days,the proportion of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction:19:11.When in the group,there were no significant differences in gender,age,disease characteristics,course of disease between the two groups(P>5°).After a month of treatment after training,two groups of patients were assessed before treatment and again,comparative differences were statistically significant(P<5°),and the treatment group in the extensor and flexor muscles and "up and go" numerical test than the control group more obviously improved,the difference had statistical significance(P<5°).All patients who completed the study did not appear to have adverse events during the whole trial.ConclusionIn brain stroke patients with knee hyperextension corrective treatment,the treatment group and control group were synchronized with the routine rehabilitation,after treatment,two groups of patients with knee hyperextension phenomenon has been improved,but the treatment group added the isokinetic training instrument,the observed after treatment of the situation is to join the treatment the isokinetic training group,the measured data is obviously superior to the conventional rehabilitation treatment group,and two treatment schemes are more reliable safety.
