To observe and record postoperative wound healing time, postoperative complications of patients in the two groups, and make statistical analysis.Results:80 cases meeting the inclusion criteria, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05) in general situation. After treatment, VAS pain scores of patients of surgery, postoperative first,3,5 days in two groups, by repeated measurement analysis of variance obtained P<0.05, there was significant difference in treatment group than control group; The time of edema and edema on the days of first,3,5 after treatment have statistically significant (P<0.05), postoperative edema occurred of the treatment group less than the control group, edema of the treatment group was better than the control group; the count data ?2 test showed that significant difference exists between the two groups of urination, urethral catheterization (P<0.05) treatment group were obviously lower than control group; the rank and inspection of completely randomized design for two independent samples obtained. Statistical significance of postoperative wound healing time difference between the two groups (P<0.05), the wound healing time in treatment group was shorter than control group; There was no significant difference in postoperative anal function bleeding, anal infection between treatment group and control group (P>0.05).Conclusions:Traditional Chinese medicine intervention surrounded the operation period plays a positive effect of prevention and treatment of mixed hemorrhoids, postoperative pain, edema, urination, bleeding and postoperative wound healing time in treatment group was better than that of the control group; to effectively prevent postoperative complications occurred, shorten the wound healing time, promote the healing of the wound.
