Clinical Observation Of Xiaochengqi Decoction Enema In Perioperative Period

Objective:Observing the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiaochengqi Decoction enema in the perioperative period of the Hemorrhoid surgeryMethods:Sixty patients with mixed hemorrhoids who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to the admission.Each group had 30 patients.All cases were operated with Milligan-Morgan Hemorrhoidectomy.The preoperative observation group was premedicated with Xiaochengqi Decoction + normal saline 500ml,and the control group was premedicated with 500 ml normal saline.Observed the number of bowel movements after bowel enema,intraoperative bowel cleanliness and satisfaction after first bowel movement;At the same time observe the two groups in the enema during the adverse reactions,combined with relevant indicators before and after surgery,the final evaluation of the safety of the two groups.Results:The number of defecation after enema was observed in the observation group and the control group.The observation group was more than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intestinal cleanliness during the operation was better in the observation group than in the control group.The difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group was superior to the control group in the satisfaction degree of first-time defecation in the two groups(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the safety of the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in safety between the two groups,and no serious adverse reactions occurred in all cases during the two groups of tests,and there were no significant abnormalities in blood biochemical indicators,indicating that both groups were safeConclusions:Xiaochengqi Decoction initially achieved good results in the clinical study of perioperative period of hemorrhoids.It can effectively increase the frequency of defecation after enema,improve the cleanliness of the bowel during operation,and Improves first-time defecation satisfaction after surgery,thereby reducing the incidence of complications after mixed hemorrhoids,improve long-term efficacy,and safe and reliable...
