Mechnism Study Of Diabetic No.1 Prescription Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

With the improvement of living standards,the incidence of diabetes increased year by year,and diabetes has become the third serious harm to human health in addition to cancer and cardiovascular disease.In recent years,studies have shown that typeⅡdiabetes is a natural immune and subclinical chronic inflammatory disease,which is reported to be closely related to inflammatory cytokines such as interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),inflammatory factor C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a).Inflammatory factors are involved in the occurrence of diabetes through a variety of ways,the inflammatory reaction process of diabetes further produces a large number of inflammatory factors to form the cascades.Long-term hyperglycemia causes IL-1βexpression in p cells,IL-6 and TNF-αsecreted by adipocytes,which in turn induce the dysfunction and apoptosis ofβ-cell.There is a prescription of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital,which was seen quite often in clinical use and gained certain effect.But little has been studied regarding the mechanism of action related to this prescription and the active ingredients were unknown yet.In recent years,many studies have observed that the inhibition of inflammatory factors was one of the mechanisms in the treatment of diabetes,so the object of this randomized controlled clinical study was designed to see whether this prescription could inhibit the inflammatory factors.OBJECTIVE To study the initial treatment of typeⅡdiabetes in diabetic patients taking No.1 prescription medicine to reduce Inflammatory cytokines.METHODS Select 2014 to 2015 hospital admissions initial treatment of TypeⅡdiabetes 48 patients were randomly divided into western medicine treatment group and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group 24 cases each.The western medicine treatment group received insulin lispro injection combined with metformin and acarbose tablets for treatment;traditional Chinese medicine treatment group received No.1 prescription medicine treatment.Record and compare two groups of patients before and after treatment height and weight to calculate body mass index(BMI),fasting blood glucose,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor a,interleukin-1βresult of the change.RESULTS The western medicine treatment group and the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group can effectively reduce the patient’s Fasting plasma glucose(P<0.05),but the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly lower interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor a,interleukin-1β(P<0.05);while the control group was not reached by reducing inflammatory factors hypoglycemic effect(P<0.05);while the two groups were no significant changes in BMI(P>0.05);incidence of adverse reactions medicine group than the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION No.1 prescription medicine can lower blood sugar in diabetic patients and inhibition of inflammatory factors;The incidence of hypoglycemia and gastrointestinal adverse reactions incidence is relatively low,and better compliance.The prescription applies to inflammatory cytokines induced diabetes,and anti-inflammatory mechanism may be one mechanism of action to treat diabetes.This study has further discovered the traditional Chinese medicine prescription active ingredient in the direction.
