| Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of intervention of community T2 DM patients with non-drug comprehensive program of traditional Chinese medicine.Changes in FBG,F2 h PG,Hb Alc,BMI,symptoms, anxiety status and quality of life were observed before and after the intervention. Methods: a total of 102 patients with type 2 diabetes who met the inclusion criteria in the manjing community health service center in honggutan new district were selected and divided into the control group and the intervention group,51 patients in each group, with a study period of 16 W.The patients in both groups were treated in the community out-patient clinic. The control group received routine treatment such as regular diet, exercise and drugs, while the intervention group received non-drug comprehensive program intervention such as emotional adjustment of traditional Chinese medicine, food therapy guidance of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional physical health care of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.Baseline data were compared between the two groups prior to intervention to make sure the two groups were comparable. Before intervention for patients and 16 w measure height, weight, and detect the FBG,Ph2 PG,patients with Hb A1 c,at the same time, using TCM symptom quantization list(design),diabetes, specific quality of life in patients with specific scale(DSQL)and self-test anxiety scale(SAS)for patients, the questionnaire survey to understand the symptoms and anxiety level.SPSS23.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data. The data were in accordance with the t-test of normal distribution, and the rank sum test was used for statistical analysis of the data that did not conform to the normal distribution. Results: there was no significant difference in gender, age, disease course,height,weight,FBG,2h PBG,Hb Alc,TCM symptom score,DSQL score and SAS score between the control group and the intervention group(P >,0.05).In the control group,51 T2 DM patients were enrolled and 16 W were measured by weight,BMI,FBG,2h PBG,Hb Alc,TCM symptom score,DSQL score and SAS.After statistical analysis,FBG(P=0.003)and 2h PBG(P=0.001)were found to be statistically significant, while other indicators and results were not.Body weight,BMI,FBG,2h PBG,Hb Alc,TCM symptom quantification score,DSQL score and SAS were measured for 51 patients in the intervention group at the enrollment level of 16 W.After statistical analysis of the data before and after,it was found that body weight(P=0.000),BMI(P=0.024),FBG(P=0.015),2h PBG(P=0.023),Hb Alc(P=0.017),score on the quantitative score table of TCM symptom accumulation(P=0.000)and DSQL(P=0.000)were statistically significant.Control group SAS score of 27 to 85 points, intervention group SAS scoring 25 to 76.25 points, including control group normal score 37(72.55%),50 to 59 points 8(15.67%),60-69 score 5(9.8%),1 69 points(1.96%)and normal control group scored 38 people(74.51%),50 to 59 points 9(17.65%),60-69 score 2 people(3.92%),2 more than 69 points(3.92%).As the SAS scores of the two groups did not conform to the normal distribution, the rank sum test was used to compare the difference between the two groups, and the result was P=0.743.The SAS scores of the two groups had no statistical significance before intervention. The second SAS survey was conducted after 16 W in the intervention group, and the rank sum test was used to compare the scores before and after the intervention group. The results showed that P=0.02,P < 0.05,and the two groups had statistical significance. Conclusions: 1.Community hospitals can improve patients’ blood glucose control in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.2.Non-drug intervention of traditional Chinese medicine can not only improve the blood glucose of T2 DM patients, but also improve their symptoms and improve their quality of life.3.Non-drug intervention of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the anxiety state of patients.4.The patients are satisfied with the effect of TCM non-drug intervention, which has certain feasibility and extensibility. |
