Comparison Of The Clinical Efficacy Of The Auricular-plaster Therapy And Yuanhouzhaiguo On Mental Development In Normal Infants

OBJECTIVE To compare the effects of ear seeds method with infantile tuina on healthy babies'intelligence development by the Child Developmental Computer Capacity.Looking forward to popularize and apply the useful technique.Creating more good stimulating environment for the babies,flourish the brain as much as possible,promote the healthy of infants,provide the clinical basis.METHODS Using a randomized controlled trial,divided 90 cases of 2 moth old normal infants into three groups,control group,yuanhouzhaiguo group,ear seeds group.The yuanhouzhaiguo group set the babies to accept yuanhouzhaiguo massage,3 times a day,about 1 to 2 minutes each time,skin redness stopt.The ear seeds group set the babies to accept pill-ressing on ear point,3 times a day,about 1 to 2 minutes each time.In addition to the observe groups,without the therapies,The control group is the same on the other aspects.To do the Child Developmental Computer Capacity test before the trial,,and do it three mouths later after the trial.Compare the scores before and after the test in the same group,the scores after the test among the different groups and the scores before and after the test among the different groups.RESULTS The comparison in Child Developmental Computer Capacity scores in the same groups shows yuanhouzhaiguo group and ear seeds group have statistical difference(P<0.05); The comparison in Child Developmental Computer Capacity scores after the trial among the different groups had statistical difference(P<0.05),yuanhouzhaiguo group and ear seeds group had no significant statistical difference(P>0.05).CONCLUSION The Yuanhouzhaiguo and ear seeds has a certain role in the intellectual development of the babies.
