With the deepening of the medicine,pharmaceutical,health care reform and the perfect national food and drug supervision system,the responsibilities of pharmaceutical personnel in the medical institutions have undergone great changes.In the past,the main work was deployment of Chinese and western drugs and production of pharmaceutics,but the modern pattern of that shifts to "patient-centered" pharmaceutical services which includes clinic.It is a new subject to many pharmacists when the field of pharmaceutical services is widened.The work focuses on how to carry out the quality service of hospital pharmacy in the new era,and enables patients to receive safe and effective drugs,comfortable and warm medical experience.So when patients receive pharmacy services,they can feel the care and warmth from the pharmacists,In this way,the disease can be cured,and the quality of life is improved,so that patients have a new understanding of pharmacists,forming the "win-win" model of doctors and patients.All these are the new tacks of the modern pharmaceutical service.For most public hospital service quality,medical service becoming difficult and expensive has given rise to the public,which suggests that people's demands for medical service are higher and higher.The government also pays attention to how to improve and enhance the medical service level of public hospitals,and many strategies have been proposed.Although the public hospitals have their own inherent advantages,hardworking is also necessary to achieve the satisfactory quality of medical service,letting the majority of patients receive the quality services.Meanwhile,quality services also affect the surrounding regional health level of development,and then form a good role of the radiation circle,which also improves some discordant doctor-patient relationship.From ancient times to the present,medicine can not be separated from pharmacy;they are complementary to each other.The modern pharmaceutical service objectives can be summarized as: To protect public health and improve patients' living quality and life quality.During the process of drug treatment,the work is reflection of the patient-centered thoughts,this idea is also implemented in the non-drug treatment period.That is,in the period of disease prevention and rehabilitation,the corresponding pharmaceutical services should be given in the public,which is the essence of pharmacy services.Therefore,the study of the quality of service in the pharmaceutical sector will help the quality of hospital pharmacy services in the high-quality,high efficiency,easy to get,and the quality of service in the hospital,so the hospital in the study of this article(the city a three-level public hospitals,the text "BY hospital" Continuous and other aspects of the upgrade.In this study,the SERVQUAL scale which is recognized in the academic was used as the model tool.The SERVQUAL scale index was revised on the basis of combing with the characteristics of the hospital pharmacy service and BY hospital' specific condition.Then a preliminary questionnaire was formed.The relevant service indicators were adjusted to form the final questionnaire of this study.Taking BY hospital for the research object,questionnaire was sent out in the outpatient department pharmacy of BY hospital and hospital ward.The method of testing,regression analysis of patient BY hospital pharmacy service expectations,perceived value and service related data were analyzed and summarized.Solutions were provided to improve the pharmacy quality of BY hospital.Pharmacy services have strong social attributes,the ultimate goal of pharmaceutical services is the ideal goal which improves the quality of human life.This study will try to apply the theoretical model of management to the evaluation system of pharmaceutical service quality of BY hospital;it is prospective,innovative and has practical value.The result of the evaluation provides a basis for improving the quality of pharmaceutical service of BY medical institution.Reference standard has a strong theoretical guidance which enriches the connotation of the theory of quality of service to the evaluation of the quality of service in medical institutions in the pharmaceutical,so as to achieve good results in practice.
